I realized after booking, from the email that they said check in ended at 10 pm and there was no service desk there. There was no way for us to make it by 10 pm, so I tried to cancel and realized I couldn’t. I reached out to ******* for help and they assured me someone would stay at the desk so we could check in, but the email specifically said there was no desk. The conflicting information and my concern that we would end up with no place to stay led to me asking ******* to help me cancel it. They did not cancel it, I ended up marked as a no show and obviously did not get a refund. Don’t stay here if you are trying to get a room near the airport. Find a place near Paddington Station and then just catch the express train to Heathrow.
