Excellent hospitality and awesome stay. Hotel was very good. Location was also good. It was near ganga and prime location of haridwar. Staff behaviour was excellent.

Wrist hotel, rooms was very dirty poor room service and all furniture in room was break, reception female staff was very arrogant.

Hotel location near bank of ganga is very good. Has lift facility. Dinning hall is unclean. Food stuff also average. Inside room cleanliness is good. Hospitality with hotel staff need to be improved. All local markets are at walkable distance.

Hotel was not worth it’s a 1 star hotel, unnecessarily i paid huge amount because of my confidence. This hotel worth of rs. 2000- per night. And all customers are paying the same amount. There is no mistake from-the hotel. They know their limited amenities. My concern how fix the high rate for less rated hotel. Without car approach road, tv not working, no soaps and shampoos at wash room. No restaurant, no door closed facility, from hotel side there is no comments, because they are running in hotel in a very casual manner. Because it’s is not three star hotel, no professional staff involved in operations art.

Location is very good. River view rooms are awesome. The ghat adjacent to the hotel is very much clean and makes the bathing experience in ganga river memorable. Food was tasty and staffs were well behaved.

Good hotel with location nearby to har ki Pauri .connected with market and Mansa devi temple .staff is good . Maintained basic hygiene .
