This hotel is situated very close to Gayatri Pariwar Shantikunj Ashram. A number of things makes this place a bang for the buck. Firstly, the establishment is at a peaceful location with good connectivity to Haridwar, Rishikesh and the Jolly Grant Airport. Secondly, the food served is here is healthy, hygenic and homelike. One would truly appreciate the simplistic yet flavourful dals and tawa rotis. It is suitable light food (no use of garlic and onions) and a great value for money specially when you're on the road. Thirdly, the staff is professional, courteous and very co-operative. Overall, a stay here is definitely going to complement your visit.

We did late check-in and our checkin experience was smooth. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable for a nice sleep. Room has all basic needs including heater during winters. Room service is prompt. Ram ji at the reception ensured that we had a pleasant stay. Food at the restaurant has Jain preparation and tastes great. We had breakfast and Dinner at Hotel. Both are buffet. For playing Carrom and Fussball is kept near reception. I would like to thank the manager of the property Mr Ashwini who ensured that we had absolutely amazing stay and took feedback on the services and made sure they are addressed. I will definitely recommend staying at THE URMI

We stayed on 19th Dec 2024. One night. Stay was very good. Clean and maintained. Food is excellent. Staff are very helpful. Thanks team and management for excellent stay. Good location. We will stay again if we visit Haridwar. Rooms has all needed facility

My experience at hotel was not good, we reached at hotel around 1:30 and then we came down to have lunch but lunch was not available in hotel. We did arranged lunch from outside. Hi-tea experience was also not good and they just served tea and we saw that they are serving biscuits and other things with tea to others. Room was ok but towel was dirty as well. I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel is good, the rooms of the hotel are decent, not too big and not too small but the most unfortunate thing is that no good service for bathroom amenities. Bathroom towels are in very dirty condition. If you see their color then you will not clean your body. Bedsheets and coveralls are very dirty and with an odd smell. The room is full of small cockroaches. You will find many other good options in haridwar but you should not look towards this hotel.
