Horrible experience. Thought they processed by payment when my stay was over only to find out almost 4 months later they did not. They charged my visa 4 montha after my stay without warning sending the card over the limit and adding late fees and intrest to my card, without a warning. If I had known I could have made sure the funds were in the account. I called and they didn't care. Said their system was down at the time. Did not offer any compensation for their mishap, only points which are pointless because I have no desire to ever stay at a Best Western ever again. Horrible people, multimillion dollar company that doesn’t care about their customers at all, they only care about making money.
