Hotels Near Yuquan Scenic Area in Harbin

We reached the hotel at 3AM the very early morning time with notice in advance. The checkin process is quick within lesser than 5mins. The property has the good location which is within walkable distance to the frequently visited attractions of the city. The time when we paid a visit to the city, beautiful lines of blossoms are blooming leading to the foremost satisfaction of staying here. Finally, the checkout is quick and sanitary staff also is friendly and helpful though there is language barrier but body language helped by the way. It’s recommended if you want to seek good property for stays during Harbin center.

The room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

I was a bit worried when I made the reservation because there were no Korean reviews, but my worries were for naught because the hotel was so good. The front desk staff knew I was Korean and tried their best to help me with the translation, and they greeted me every time I entered and left the hotel, which made me feel good ^_^ The ladies who cleaned the hotel were also very kind. I was so happy that I even left a note. If I ever visit Harbin again, I think I'll make a reservation here.

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Airport Bus Station Hotel is the ideal place of convenience in Harbin because the bus top that connects directly to the Taiping International Airport is literally right outside; less than one minute. The nearest subway station is located in Shangzhi and is only 7-10 minutes on foot. The general areas and the room was very clean and all basic amenities were provided. The breakfast was quite good and the price was reasonable. The customer service was very good and they have their own AI robot that delivers food to your door and the still call to make sure you know the delivery is outside your door. I was more than satisfied with the stay experience.

Facilities: The bathroom is equipped with a smart toilet, and the room has electric curtains The hotel is equipped with a laundry room, which has washing and drying facilities and is LG. There is a small gym with elliptical machines, rowing machines and bicycles Some basic smart facilities are available, and the overall facilities and equipment of the newly renovated hotel are relatively good👌 Environment: The brand positioning is relatively young, and the decoration style is simple and fashionable. Next to the Hagia Sophia, it is also very close to Central Street, and it is only a 5-minute walk away. There are many attractions around and the transportation is convenient👍 Service: The front desk is very professional and patient. A young lady also recommended barbecue to us, which was delicious! 😊

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

Everything was good except that the room makeup throughout our stay could have been better. Blanket and bed sheets were simply pulled up and pillows were left as they were. Bathing robe was not changed. Photos show room after nakeup. What's fantastic was the location. The MRT was just in front of the hotel and conveniences stores were just beside it. Many eating places and restaurants near to the hotel. The Zhongyang Pedestrian Street was a short walk away and Saint Sophia Cathedral.was just 1km. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. At the GF waiting area were snacks and free flow of tea and coffee 24/7. Good value for money. Enjoyed my stay .

Hygiene: OK Environment: The hotel near the airport🏨 can be regarded as a good environment Service: Here I mainly talk about the hotel's service. The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 6:45 in the morning. The hotel has airport pick-up. When I arrived at the airport in the morning, I was told that the flight was cancelled and the rebooking time was 3:45 in the afternoon. There was nowhere to go during this period. The elderly and children were physically unable to bear it. I had no choice but to contact the hotel with the mood of giving it a try. The beautiful lady on duty that day said that she would ask the manager if I could extend my stay until noon. Although we should check out at 2 o'clock according to normal circumstances, after all, we said we checked out when we left. The beautiful front desk lady called me back in a few minutes and said that she had told the driver the phone number and also said that the room had not been cleaned yet, and we could continue to stay until 2 o'clock to check out. Thumbs up for the front desk sister + driver!

You should call the hotel once arrived in Harbin. Which is not an easy thing to do unless you speak Chinese. I was helped by the airport personnel (but you have to walk out from arrival hall and get to the departure hall where the info desk is). The hotel itself is nice but in China they smoke everywhere, so rooms are quite smelly. 1F restaurant personnel were very kind and supportive. Will stay there next time since there is no much choice for an overnight in the airport area. Konggang and another hotel are just the other side of the street. Mini market is nearby which is convenient.

Although the house here is small and the facilities are simple, it really saved my life. As a Uyghur, I was rejected by all hotels. I had a cold and fever close to 40 degrees and almost died on the road. Only the owner of this hotel accepted me. When I was shivering from the cold, not only was there an electric blanket, the boss lady also brought a plastic bottle filled with hot water to warm my feet. To be honest, if it weren't for the boss's concern, I might have just stayed in Harbin. ! So I don't care about the simplicity of his home. He is really anxious about people's needs. My life was saved by my boss. The boss is really nice! ! ! !
