Close to the provincial government subway station, convenient transportation, very close to Central Street and Sofia, preferred for business trips, good front desk service, large room space, clean and clean, and free upgrade to the big bed room. The decoration of the hotel was a bit old-fashioned. We were hosting representatives of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference the next day and asked to check out before 8 a.m. the next day. Breakfast was not included in the order, so the hotel promised to compensate for the breakfast. Others are quite satisfactory, don't expect too much, after all, the overall price is here, in short, it has no merit or fault.

The room is over NT$400, which is really cheap. It is a 7-minute walk from the train station. The bus from Beizhu Hotel to the airport is only 20 yuan and a 7-minute walk. It is super convenient. There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. It is super convenient to take the bus in Harbin. There are a lot of buses and there are a lot of restaurants nearby, but there are relatively few restaurants close to the center.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

One of the best hotels to consider when visiting Harbin . It’s so clean with modern furnishings. The hotel is in a good location and just a walkable distance from the train station (less than 5 minutes walk),and it’s also quite close to the malls and a park. The hotel Manager was so kind and gave us the biggest room in the hotel ,he even assisted us with ordering some meals and recommended restaurants for us to eat in. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit . Great stay !

The Habsburg hotel in Harbin was an amazing experience from the time you arrive till the time you leave. The hotel has a European theme to it as soon as you walk in. The staff at the front desk are friendly always greeting you as you walk in and out. Most of the staff speak English and are accommodating to locals as well as foreigners. The room was immaculate and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the room was too hot and trying to adjust the temperature on the AC wasn’t working so we had to sleep with the windows opened the entire night. Other than that, on the first day of arrival they had complimentary snacks as well as vouchers to enjoy the full experience of a Russian high tea as well as a cocktail in the evening at the bar. This hotel met all the expectations and is an affordable hotel to stay at in Harbin. The location was perfect it was situated near the Songhua river cable car, Zhongyang street where you can enjoy local street food and near St Sophia cathedral. We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the service was amazing the manager Jenny was welcoming, friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and served us well. Habsburg hotel is definitely a hotel I would recommend staying at when visiting Harbin.
