My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

The location of the B&B is very close to the high-speed rail station. The geographical conditions are excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is attentive and warm, and the stay experience is good. I am very satisfied! Must praise! ! !

We are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!

Very satisfied with this hotel. Although this hotel is about 45minutes from the main tourist attractions eg Zhongyang Street, it is located right next to the metro Chengxiang Station. So you don’t have to walk in the cold for very long. The hotel is new and the interior design is contemporary and practical both in the general area and the room. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Can feel the hotel customer centric quality. I like to mention Xiao Zhou who is very helpful and attentive - more than exceeded my expectation! The room is big with a large tv, automatic toilet bowl, convenient switches, quality appliances etc Very comfortable bed that is not hard nor saggy for a good night rest. The Hotel does not have many rooms but this is good for customers since you don’t have to share the amenities with too many people eg the dining room for breakfast always has a decent number of patrons - no overcrowding that is so common in hotel in China. Yes, I will book this hotel again should I come to Harbin in the near future.

The house is very bright, spacious, and very clean. There is everything in the house. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. Like it so much. The room is prettier than the pictures, it's classy. The boss is very kind and will deliver whatever you need in no time. . The most important thing is that the transportation is convenient. After leaving the high-speed rail station, follow the instructions and you will be there in a short walk. No need to cross the road.

Convenient transportation, just a short walk from the West Station of the subway. Clean and sanitary, with a big bed and a projector, Tencent has a membership and it is very enjoyable to watch a blockbuster movie at night. It is very quiet at night with the windows closed! The drama says that the commission of the shoe city is very high, these platforms are really shady!

This hotel is really good and surprising. The room is spacious, the windows are big, the ventilation is good, the room facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the water and drinks in the room are free, the breakfast is rich, there are many dishes, the hotel has laundry facilities, which is very convenient, the hotel service staff is enthusiastic, the hotel provides free afternoon tea and free midnight snacks, which is very good. There are shopping malls and supermarkets near the hotel, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The service attitude of the room manager Dong is good and the service is very dedicated

I highly recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and their proactive and timely assistance makes you feel warm. The business district is very close to Haxi Wanda Plaza, Xicheng Red Square and IKEA. It is also very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment.

The service was very friendly and the room was very pretty. I felt welcomed. The location close to Wanda Square let's you experience Dongbei Night life, a great experience! It is close to malls and supermarkets as well as the metro and the west train station, so it's an over all comfortable experience.

Harbin, after a long absence, finally opened a Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel! It’s extremely convenient for friends to travel! The service at the front desk was attentive when we entered and reminded us to add clothes to keep warm. The room is fully equipped and the Northeastern menu is really big. I don’t want to waste it. You can heat the packed food in the microwave by yourself in the room! The bedside table has wireless charging, and there are wireless charging places everywhere in the lobby, which is so convenient! Oh yes! They also provide a free laundry room and dryer! This is awesome! Love it, love it! By the way, Phoebe at the front desk had great service and was very enthusiastic. She patiently answered our questions and made recommendations every time. Transportation is convenient. After taking Metro Line 2, I found that the hotel is 100m away from the Shangzhi Street subway exit! (Remember to choose Exit 1). In the old town, traffic jams are easy and you can reach Sophia Church and Central Street on foot. You can see iron pots everywhere. I hope the store’s business will get better and better, and I’ll try it again if I have the opportunity.
