來哈爾濱最滿意的是住房體驗，前台小姐姐服務和待客都非常好，酒店方面也能及時解決住客問題，一覺直接睡到9點，安靜且衞生#服務

房間免費升級到家庭房，洗澡水很舒服，恆温馬桶不錯，暖氣非常足，大廳的茶室免費供應熱水，對冬天出行者很友好。
前台客服小姐姐們很耐心細緻，售後經理也很到位。總體住宿感覺不錯。

新裝修的酒店，多少有點味道。地理位置方便，離哈爾濱站很近，走路過去十分鐘吧。剛去雪鄉回來被冷到，打電話給前台讓她幫我準備薑片，人家店長直接送我兩袋薑茶，全季這個品牌還不錯，出遊的首選。

來哈爾濱玩連定了兩天，本來是相信全季連鎖的質量，第一天到酒店也挺晚了，放了行李就立馬出去吃飯逛了下到了酒店直接睡了，也沒檢查，第二天白天出去玩，酒店打掃了下房間，下午回來就發現這個床單這麼大一塊兒血跡，一般連住打掃是不會換床單的，也就是説前天晚上我就這樣蓋了睡了一晚！然後下午就聯繫前台讓換掉我們就出去玩了，晚上接近12點才回酒店，發現還沒有換掉！真是極其離譜了！

房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，設備一應俱全。地暖供暖非常有效，但對於南方人來説略顯悶熱。與前台溝通後，工作人員熱心地為我們更換了空調更強的房間，十分感謝！酒店距離機場巴士站僅2分鐘步行路程，非常適合需要凌晨趕飛機的朋友們，強烈推薦。 👍👍
