A newly opened hotel with very good facilities. The bathroom is clean and bright, and there is a smart toilet. As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the warm and thoughtful service of the front desk lady. The location is not far from various central attractions in Harbin. The Sophia Cathedral is just outside the door. Daoli Vegetable Market and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market are very close. It is delicious and fun. I praise the beautiful lady Jiaqi. Not only is she beautiful, but her service attitude is also good... My first choice next time I come to Harbin...

I arrived at Central Street at noon. I saw that the booking information required check-in after 14:00, so I went to find a place to eat. I strolled for a while and went to check in a little after 14:00. The front desk receptionist said that the room was not available. I was speechless. I waited for more than half an hour and went to the front desk to ask. After checking, they said that I could check in. Normal guests are required to check out before 12:00, but I couldn’t check in at 14:00. There are defects in management. I hope it will be improved. The service after check-in is very good. If there is a need, the service staff can handle it immediately. The room facilities are slightly old, but historical buildings can be understood. There are two Madiel popsicles in the booking information, but I didn’t eat them. I bought them at a stall outside. They should be delivered to the room by the service staff after the guests check in. It’s not good to let the guests take the initiative to ask for it. I hope it will be improved. I am from this province. If I am from another province, the impact will be bad.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…*
We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

The room was compact and exactly what I wanted for 1 person. The best part is that it has no windows and I won't be awaken by the morning sun. Located in the middle of the 中央大街 provides convenience to nearby shops and cafes. The only downside is the location isn't friendly for didi to enter as it's a one way street. However, it's only about 200m away to the main driving street to hop onto your didi.

Bringing my family to Harbin for the first time, as a northerner, I feel the life of a more northerner, just like going home. The location of the hotel is very good. After checking in, I avoided the fatigue of traveling by car. I didn't arrange the tour project. I walked around and ate the stove iron pot stew (recommended). On the way back to the hotel, I could go to Central Street. After the meal, I had a cup of Qiulin freshly brewed kvass. It was incomparable. For me who cares more about food and accommodation during travel, I was once again recommended by Lizzy. Whether it was the lobby doorman or the front desk staff, they were warm and gentle. Yes, gentle, haha, shy and enthusiastic, which made me feel very kind as a northerner. Maybe the heroic enthusiasm was afraid of scaring the southern little golden beans. The experience of parents and children is also good. The breakfast environment is very good, there is no noise, and the service staff responds quickly and in place. The only disadvantage is that some breakfast dishes may not taste good and the food insulation is not good. There are warm souvenirs when checking out. I recommend LIZZY in Harbin. It is a good choice to experience punching in.

The Habsburg hotel in Harbin was an amazing experience from the time you arrive till the time you leave. The hotel has a European theme to it as soon as you walk in. The staff at the front desk are friendly always greeting you as you walk in and out. Most of the staff speak English and are accommodating to locals as well as foreigners. The room was immaculate and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was that the room was too hot and trying to adjust the temperature on the AC wasn’t working so we had to sleep with the windows opened the entire night. Other than that, on the first day of arrival they had complimentary snacks as well as vouchers to enjoy the full experience of a Russian high tea as well as a cocktail in the evening at the bar. This hotel met all the expectations and is an affordable hotel to stay at in Harbin. The location was perfect it was situated near the Songhua river cable car, Zhongyang street where you can enjoy local street food and near St Sophia cathedral. We also enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the service was amazing the manager Jenny was welcoming, friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and served us well. Habsburg hotel is definitely a hotel I would recommend staying at when visiting Harbin.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

GGuest UserThe location is not far from Harbin West Railway Station. There are buses at the door and parking lots in front of the door, which is very convenient. The front desk service is also very good. They called in advance to confirm and upgraded the room. When checking out, they called to remind me when I left something behind. The service is very thoughtful. The room is also very clean, and the morning exercises are very rich. It's a pity that the room was full when I came back from the border. I will book in advance next time.

IIlse Du PlooyThe room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger
Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

TTripzeiraGreat hotel, near the main attractions, but not in a busy street. Our room was very confortable, sometimes the noise from people talking in the hall disturbed a bit, but not a problem. I recommend to add in the complimentary itens a body cream, I forgot to bring from home and would be awesome if it was available in the hotel, considering that it is a 5 star hotel. The weather was super cold outside and my skin was cracking. My overall experience was good, I recommend this hotel.

AAndreaThe hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city.
The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door.
The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot.
The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal.
We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment

XXiaohuanThe villa we booked is in a very good location. Manager Wang is a very nice person. He provides pick-up and drop-off services wherever we go. On the day we returned, it was not yet time for the high-speed train, and he even sent us to other places to play. We asked him to book tickets and the chartered car service was perfect.

DDilletta98Enjoyed this stay a lot! Place is in 20 min taxi drive from train station. Rooms are simple, but good price and very nice people. Laoban was driving me to skiing place(10min) every morning and picking up in the afternoon, you can book from them ski pass and get helmet with shades. I traveled alone, had my nice and quiet time. Would recommend this place to people. Stuff doesn’t speak English, but they accept foreigners and that’s what was important.

SSimpleConvincerI would like to confirm what the other people who stayed here--the place is very very clean and well maintained. I stayed here for five nights. At first I was worried whether I would find the hostel easily. It was really easy to find! Also, the bus stop going to Harbin Taiping Airport is just a 10 to 15 minute walk (with luggage) and less than 10 minutes (without luggage).
Unlike the other hostels that I have stayed in, this hostel is just literally a fews steps away and in front from Exit 1 of Zhongyang Street (Main Street) Station.
I usually don't write reviews but the owners were really kind and very welcoming. I stayed in other hostels and this hostel is really well maintained and not smelly.
The was just one minor inconvenience that I encountered--there was only one shower. Most of the time the shower area is empty.
I read that some other reviewers complained about noise, but I didn't notice any kind of noise during my stay. I also thought that since the hostel was near Zhongyang Street station, it would be very noisy. I didn't hear any noise coming from outside the building.
Nevertheless, I had a very wonderful stay here in this hostel.

We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere.
The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.
Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste.
Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway.
Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay.
While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile.
In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

GGuest UserThe three times I visited Harbin, I always stayed at the youth hostel in the morning. Because when I went to Mohe, I kept my luggage at the youth hostel for two days. It was really good. You can also play table tennis there. The main reason is that the location is really good, just 50 meters away from the Central Street subway entrance. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in winter.
