It is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities, but the service is mediocre. I have not changed the bed sheets and pillowcases even once for three days, especially since breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. When the time comes, General Tie will open the door and the waiter will arrive in advance to prepare. Because I had to catch a flight and had to leave at 7:10, I had to ask the front desk to urge me to open the door. I didn't have a strong sense of service and the experience was not good.

The Hampton by Hilton hotels are really great hotel to staying. It is too clean and had a good smell. And air conditioner is too good and temperature of the room is on your hand, you can make it warm or cold. But some of other hotels in the Harbin is really warm and you can’t change the temperature. The breakfast is too delicious and have many choices. The service is great and people on the front desk are really kind. Amenities are too new and clean. The location is far from central street but it takes only 8 minutes by taxi , if was rush hours it takes 12 minutes. I stayed only one night as my last day of trip but it was great experience. For the hotel with this price is really good.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The suite was well designed and ideal with 2 young kids. Only bad thing was I couldn't turn down the central heating. Even with the windows open it didn't cool down. It was in the middle of the winter and the room temperature was 27 Celcius. It was too hot to put on anything more than shorts and t-shirt inside the room. Buffet breakfast has everything you'd want. There is a small supermarket nextdoor and some good restaurants in the area.

I love this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Some if them speak English so you can easily communicate with them if your Chinese is not well. It's clean, cozy, the breakfast is great. I definitely recommend people to stay here.

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, I like the smell of the bath products, the breakfast is rich and delicious 😋, the guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and a bit handsome, the lady in the restaurant is very enthusiastic, especially the enthusiasm unique to Northeast China. I like it😍😍, plus one for my love for my eldest sister. The wontons and noodles for breakfast are delicious. The whole thing is very clean and comfortable.
