I have stayed in Hanzhong several times. This time, Ace International is really good. The river view at night is very good. Several owners share three elevators, which is enough. The breakfast is good and there is a parking space. The mutton soup in the restaurant opposite is good.

Meeting a good person. I decided to go to Hanzhong for a day on National Day. I booked a hotel for lunch one day in advance. After arriving at the hotel, I communicated with the girl at the front desk about upgrading the room type. She said no. I said that I wanted to change the king-size bed room to a twin-size bed room. The three of us couldn’t sleep in one big bed. She also said no. I smiled and said to her gently: ”If you check it first and then tell me that it’s not possible, I will be more receptive. In addition, if you want to help me, you should be able to tell me some ways to solve the problem. It’s not appropriate for a hotel front desk to always say no without doing anything or trying. ☺️.” Her attitude was better, and she was willing to stand by my side to help me modify the order... Later, we couldn’t figure it out, so I started to contact Ctrip, because I knew there must be vacancies that I needed... Ctrip customer service couldn’t transfer to manual, and when I was a little depressed, a young and handsome male manager came out. He said lightly: ”I’ll help you.” Then I used my mobile phone to communicate skillfully with Ctrip (my experience is that when Ctrip customer service wanted to hang up the phone and shirk responsibility, I would contact Ctrip and ask for help. ☺️ When he said he would call back later, he insisted twice that he was ”waiting online”, and the problem had to be solved immediately. He was more experienced than me [shy]), and he guided the young female manager to change rooms step by step. It lasted for about 5 minutes. I admired his professionalism and kindness, and smiled happily in my heart. This is the appearance of ”I want to help you, and I have a way”. It is the dedicated working state of an excellent service staff, very good 👍🏻... Finally, the room was settled, and I was given a room with a small balcony and a good location (I didn't ask for it), and I was given welcome fruits and three Han River cruise tickets (the quality was very high, we consumed them all, including the sweet fruits 😍). I am very grateful to this front desk manager named Jin Xin, who has added countless good feelings, beauty and good impressions to my trip to Hanzhong. I like this small balcony very much. Although it is small, it feels great to sit in it. It is quiet in an instant. The landscape design of Chinese aesthetics is worth pondering. I didn't make any unreasonable requests, he understood, and more importantly, he wanted to help me, and didn't ”put it on the table”. A person's excellent words and deeds can raise the level of the hotel to the level it should be. The things he gave me were to help my colleagues resolve the crisis, and also to appease and apologize indirectly. I also learned from him. The delicious food and the beautiful scenery are good, the rare leisure in-depth tour, the bonfire movie at night is great, and the thoughtful ”baked potatoes” in the middle of the night is even better! It’s just that the room is too hard to find, I hope the second phase will be completed soon😁

The hotel is located in the Wanbang Times business district, which is very prosperous and convenient. When we drove to the hotel, the security guard said there were no parking spaces on the ground, and directed us to the underground parking lot, which is also free parking, which is great. The hotel lobby is not too big, but the decoration is very good and exquisite. The front desk service attitude is very good. They gave me detailed plans for fun places in Hanzhong. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Xinghan Shengjing, which is worth a visit. The next day, we drove to Longtou Mountain for 1.5 hours. The scenery was super beautiful. The front desk also helped us contact and book tickets, which were also very cheap. The most important room is very comfortable, the bedding looks very high-end, and there are 4 bottles of free mineral water in the room, which is very considerate. There is also free Hanzhong black tea and green tea tasting, and the disposable toiletries are also very high-end. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay experience and I recommend everyone to stay.

WARNING AS OF 15 APRIL 2023 THIS HOTEL CAN'T HOST FOREIGNERS. This was obnoxious as I had used trip.com app to check beforehand and was informed the hotel could accept all nationalities. The receptionist was polite, and somehow 20 seconds after she told me I had to go elsewhere, a manager said they could manage it somehow. They also said the reason was because the hotel had just joined some sort of Chinese hotel chain group. The hotel itself was nice and modern, but if you are not Chinese, you can't stay here.

The hotel is a small independent high-rise building with a large parking lot in front of the door and easy access. The beauty service of No. 66 at the reception desk is hot and lazy and feels at home. The security guard at the door is serious and responsible, and it is very easy to command the vehicle to enter and exit. The room is very large, it seems that the hotel has been operating for a few years, the facilities are easy to use, the sockets are very large, the bed is very comfortable, the hot water is sufficient, the dry and wet separation, and the network speed is fast. The breakfast is very good, the variety is many and delicious.

The hotel has complete facilities and the staff's service awareness and attitude are also very good. You can borrow mobile phone chargers at the front desk, which is thoughtful. Disadvantages: The carpet in the room is slightly old, it is recommended to clean and update it. The gym only opened the equipment area. The children wanted to play table tennis, but they were told that they would be charged a fee and it was recommended to adjust. Overall, it’s worth coming again and recommended!

Facilities: An old star hotel with poor sound insulation. People talking in the corridor and in the next room can be heard clearly, making it difficult to fall asleep. The front desk lady is very welcoming, the breakfast is very rich, the room is clean and comfortable, the doll on the bed is also very cute, very suitable for children, there is free laundry service, convenient and fast, and when you leave the store, you also sent the hotel's own small snacks, very good!
