We stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi West for six days with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location and condition were great, but what really made our stay special was the friendly and attentive staff. The food was amazing, especially at the Club Lounge and lobby restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Our child loved it so much, they kept asking to eat at the hotel for every meal! We also had a lot of fun at the pool. Even though it was small, we had it all to ourselves, which made it perfect. The spa was incredible too—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The whole process is Chinese service. The girl at the front desk answered all my questions. The service was very good. The check-in was also very fast. There is a shopping mall nearby with a lot of food. It also comes with a pick-up service.

Had a great time here with my family, our first trip to Hanoi. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet war a big plus as part of our stay, excellent quality and food. Employees were very hospitable and professional. One stood out was Dung Le( I think that's his full name). His level of attentiveness and attention to detail was way above and beyond expectations since we have young kids that need extra help with luggage. He gave great suggestions to local palces to visit as well, seems to have great knowledge and experience in the industry. A small negative for the kids was a cold swimming pool though they swam in it anyway. Overall a great first hotel experience that sets the tone for our entire trip in HN.

Facilities: The facilities are very new and of good quality. However, there are detail problems in newly renovated rooms. For example, the hot water pressure is not enough, water will seep out of the shower room, and the light switch will fail, requiring constant polishing. In addition, the air quality in newly opened hotels is still good enough. You can learn from Japanese hotels and add an air purifier.

Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

The hotel is worth the trip! Even if it is a little away from the old Hanoi, I would recommend it thousand times. The staff is simply exceptional. All the small care, with a smile and a very good welcome. Extraordinary is not strong enough to describe it. We really feel like at home. And yes, the hotel is a little away from tourist sites, but not panic! The hotel is a very comfortable ship that has allowed us to visit the city without worrying. Between the perfect service, the warm welcome and the practical comforts such as the shuttle, it is a safe choice for an unforgettable stay.

My husband and I were visiting Vietnam for our 20th anniversary celebration. I would agree with previous reviews about the spotlessness of the facilities and professionalism of the staff. Special thanks to Quan who helped us secure a cab on credit because we ran out of VND on the last day of our stay when no banks were open and every single ATM in the area was somehow “out of order”. He even ran over to the local convenience store to help my husband with the ATM (to no avail). Nam also helped us execute all our requests with incredible kindness. Lung added a personal touch by giving us insight on the tourism industry in Vietnam in general. One day at breakfast, the cook came to us and asked for feedback. This was after personally offering us cappuccinos and lattes from the kitchen. The buffet was fresh with a good selection of Asian and Western choices. All staff went out of their way to serve with a smile. When we sat in the lobby for hours waiting for our late night flight, Quan and Lung both offered us the continued use of their gym, pool, lounge, coffee station and even massage chairs. I would also agree with the comment about the lack of restaurants in the area that are well-equipped to serve tourists. We had some difficulty one night at a local restaurant that all the hotel staff mentioned was a “very good local restaurant”. I was very excited to mingle with the locals but quickly realized that I needed to curb my expectations. Without giving too much detail, I will only say that the area is still growing and adjusting to the needs of tourists. I have no doubt that the wonderful hospitality offered at Fraser will have a wide influence in the surrounding areas. I would suggest to management that Fraser Residence should develop partnerships with local restaurants so that visitors will feel more welcome eating in these existing establishments. Then providing visitors with a list of restaurant recommendations within walking distance would be very helpful. Food is a very important part of a vacation, and unfortunately, that was one point of challenge for us. Thank you to all the staff at Fraser for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Hi stayed there for 5 days in june 2024 very nice building 24 hour security access to everything you need first three floors of building are all shops resurants grocery store coffee shops plus the building next store has hair salon massage more restaurants and there are always cabs in front of the mall entrance next to starbucks

I need to book a room for VIP guests to stay during the conference. Upon arrival, the Sales staff is professional and enthusiastic to support. The arrangement of the room, serving breakfast, changing the guests are well arranged and supported. I'm very satisfied and I guess you guys must be well trained and love what I do. I love this hotel. Fabulous and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. The pool has a wonderful view. Hope to comeback here again. Best value, easy to access some place such as Lotte Center, Vincom and Keangnam landmark 😅😅
