We stayed at the Sheraton Hanoi West for six days with our family, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location and condition were great, but what really made our stay special was the friendly and attentive staff. The food was amazing, especially at the Club Lounge and lobby restaurant, where the staff were exceptionally welcoming. Our child loved it so much, they kept asking to eat at the hotel for every meal! We also had a lot of fun at the pool. Even though it was small, we had it all to ourselves, which made it perfect. The spa was incredible too—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

We've been warmly welcomed since we arrived in the hotel lobby. Friendly receptionists and enthusiastic introduction to our hotel facilities and services. We had two meals at the hotel, the best view, and the food and attitude served well. Thank you for giving us this wonderful feeling. We'll be back next time.

Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

I was amazed at the hotel. The room was beautiful and large, has a minibar, a nice tv and breakfast was served. The breakfast consisted of a normal Vietnamese breakfast including eggs, some sweets and fruits as well as, café, juices and water the hotel was very clean and the bathroom well stocked. The front desk was extraordinary. Very helpful in helping me find places to change money, including drawing me a map. I checked in for an extra night unaware my friends out of town had rented me a private car to drive me 150 kilometers north of Hanoi. I checked out thinking I had lost the money for the extra night. To my surprise they refunded me 3/4 of the price. The are is full of shops and restaurants, also within walking distance to attractions. I want to thank the front desk for their help. I will stay there upon my return south.

The Covid epidemic is going on very complicated in Hanoi. Children instead of going to school, participating in outdoor sports activities, outdoor sessions are indoors all day! Prison leads psychological stress for both children and parents. So my family always wants to have short, safe vacations before the epidemic and have a fresh space for the children to have a comfortable time. we chose diamond westlake suites - a great destination that meets my family's requests!interesting experiences,peaceful for children and great relaxation for parents! Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The room are very clean comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Excellent service from the club lounge team especially Thao, Thuy and Anh. Overall have a wonderful experience at Intercontinental Landmark 72.

Westlake Pearl Hotel experienced I booked at Westlake Pearl Hotel for me and my friends to stay in Hanoi, Vietnam on one of a booking app/agent. Until the day before my booking date that I knew I booked already, I noticed that I booked wrong date, I saw my wrong booking of June 9-10, instead of July 9-10, 2024. Suddenly I had anxiety, I tried to solve it with the booking agent I used but there is another payment. So I called the Westlake Pearl Hotel, I spoke to one of their staff Tony he helped me to inform his hotel manager and ask for approval, and their manager approved immediately to use my wrong booking date on the date it should be. Im so grateful to all of them. They are polite and accommodating. I also highly recommend their Hotel as it is clean, accessible by grab/car and good for friends and family to stay as it is spacious, you can also cook, reheat food and do laundry as they have complete appliances inside the room with 2 bedrooms. I love their shower gel, shampoo and liquid hand soap it was so fragrant. We also had free breakfast. We felt at home that day/night of our stay there. Once again thank you so much Weatlake Pearl Hotel for accommodating us without hustle.

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方

If you are an international traveler avoid this place. Finding the main reception building was a challenge even for the taxi driver as there was no signage. No convenience store or anything within the convention center campus or nearby. The reception staff was curt and demanded deposit in cash as the pos machine it seems didnt function. And she wanted to hold my passport as guarantee which is ridiculous. The room was basic. No working desk. Toiletries were substandard. Only couple of hangers to put ones clothes. Tiny fridge with just two bottles of water, a red bull and a coke ( for which they demand 100$ cash deposit)!!. TV channels didn't work. Restaurant and room orders closes by 9.30pm. So one have to sleep hungry if you dont stock food or eat dinner early. Morning breakfast is very thin spread and they begin to clear up by 9.30am. I asked for an additional coffee packet (3-in-1) and they refused and said no more!! The only positive is the ambience of the lawns outside the villas. The property is better for budget conscious tour groups who want to stay put in one villa, home style. Business visitors should avoid this place.
