We had an amazing stay at this spacious apartment! The location was perfect and we loved the charming little street below. Out of all the Airbnb places we’ve stayed at, this one is definitely our favorite. The host was super responsive and helpful!

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.

I stayed two nights there in two different rooms. One overlooking the street and one with windows but with no views. Both were good and quiet. The bed was super comfy, very nice bed linen, great bathroom with powerful shower. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.

Facilities: Guests can enjoy a Japanese-style bathhouse, a thermal-water swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa offering beauty treatments and massages. The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety and quality, including local dishes like pho. Cons: • Little far from major tourist attractions, but close to Lake and church. • The street outside can be busy and noisy, which might be a drawback for those sensitive to street noise. We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel deserves by far a five stars ranking. So convenient location 3 minutes walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake, local food, convenience stores and souvenirs shops are down the street. Quiet at night. Brand new facilities in the Ha Noi Old Quarter that exceed my expectations. Amazing 4 nights stay @ Premier Balcony Room with partial view of the St Joseph Cathedral, all was more than outstanding from the reception on arrival with welcome cocktail during check-in process to hi-end in-room decorations and furnitures. Hotel Staff is so kind, still available to provide and assist with special advices and services. Great continental and a la carte Vietnamese breakfast served with so much attention and kindness from the staff Ms. Phuong and Ms. Linh at 10th floor. The rooftop skybar 360° panoramic view of Ha Noi at night time is just Great and stunning. Great holidays in Hanoï. Special thanks to all the staff and Mr. Hai the Manager ... Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Hanoi is a great destination for anyone interested in far East. Its history, beautiful nature, and wonderful people offer travelers a wonderful experience. Our hotel made the experience far more enjoyable and memorable. La Siesta is in a great location to get a good sense of daily life in Hanoi. I suggest getting a room with balcony if you can. The breakfast is elaborate with many options to choose from and rooms are quite clean. There is also a good size heated pool though I would have liked it a bit warmer. But the best part of our stay at the hotel, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us with a smile every time. If we needed to find a place to see, they would take time to look and share their suggestion. For us, with no prepackaged travel plan, this was great. They arranged some of the activities for us and they all turned out great. The food tour is a must with a knowledgeable tour guide. The hotel arranged the entire thing. I would certainly go back.

A Perfect hotel for a 1 night stay if you have a morning flight to catch, big rooms with private bathroom. The airport is very close so can be reached by foot - the international airport is 10 minutes walk and domestic airport is 20 minutes. Not much to see, do or eat in the area so I wouldn’t recommend more than 1 night.
