Good points
1. Conveniently located opposite Hanoi Station.
2. Check-in is quick.
3. Breakfast is available from 6am.
4. USB outlet and 100V power outlet near the pillow.
5. Gym.
6. No paid drinks in the fridge.
Bad points
1. Password is hard to figure out. All numbers are good.
2. Fridge doesn't get cold at all.
3. Food is unsatisfying.

It's just opposite Hanoi Railway Station. The transportation is convenient. The breakfast is also good. The staff's service attitude is warm and the indoor environment is good. The only drawback is that there is no electric kettle. If you want to drink hot water, you have to go to the bar at the front desk on the first floor.
