It would have been better if we could use the refrigerator in the room. However, when I told the front desk staff, they let me use the refrigerator in the kitchen, which was nice.

The service staff were hospitable and answered all our questions. They also helped us book transportation and itinerary to Halong Bay. Unfortunately, the price on trip.com was 30% higher than other websites (because I was too busy and didn’t check the price). After I checked in, I realized that it was much more expensive. The customer service staff could only give me about 100 yuan in coins. Save it for next time, hope the website can be improved

Not in a walking area but near Hoan Kiem Lake. Bellboy is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. However, hallway is extremely dirty. Overall speaking was a great experience at this hotel and we will go back again if we ever go back to Vietnam but I hope the owner read this regarding cleaning subject.

Not a bad budget option in the old quarter. The staff were extremely accommodating and provided very good suggestions for excellent pho and bun cha nearby. My only real complaint is that it was not made clear that breakfast was not included until I made my way downstairs in the morning. Given the price, it really should be part of the room rate. Anyway, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

I spent 3 nights at this charming hotel, the room was very large, clean and the en suite was fabulous. I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and the location lands you right in the middle of things, shops, cafes and restaurants all within a short walk. I will certainly be back.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch und man braucht kein Taxi, da alles ganz in der Nähe ist. Der schöner Lake ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Leider sind die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr alt und liebe renoviert werden. die Handtücher auch sehr alt müssen gewechselt werden. Das Frühstück ist eine Bestellung, kein Buffet. Sonst alles ok.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. We like so much the spacious rooms, cleanliness and convenient location of the hotel. The service of Dinh (Ms) and Tom (Mr) is exceptionally. They walked extra mile to help us on the payment issue and upgrade our room. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs and request. We enjoyed very much our stay there.
