ホテルの皆さんが温かくて素敵でした。行きのタクシーや帰りのタクシーなどの手配も行ってくれて、帰ると子供達もいる安心感が初めての1人旅行でも不安にならずぐっすり眠ることができました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたし、入り口のソファーに位させてくれたことも感謝しています。また、立地もよくすぐに繁華街に出ることができ、荷物が重くなったら戻ってきてまた外へ出る、そう言ったことがしやすい環境だったので非常によかったです。

Staff were great; really friendly and accommodating! Really nice location to be in the thick of it but still quiet and relaxing at night so you can escape all of the chaos! Rooms were also really nice although the beds are quite firm but still a very comfortable experience

初めてのハノイ。深夜到着初日と帰国日夜８時までのデイユウスの２日利用しました。間の２日は他のホテルに宿泊。お値段が安く口コミ評価が高かったので、決めたのですが良かったです。予約を入れた時点でホテルから、空港からの送迎について詳しく連絡をいただきました。料金400kドン（2400円）と他の送迎会社より高いと思いましたが、夜10時20分空港着に合わせ名前を書いたボードを持って外11番の前で待機していると、写真入りで教えていただきました。こちらのホテルの場所は静かなのですが、車が入ることが出来ない細い道沿いに有るため深夜初めての訪問は不安が有ったため、ホテルまで確実に連れて行ってくれるので依頼しました。運転手はホテル近くに着くとホテルに電話をして、従業員の方が大通りまで迎えに来てくれました。その日は朝７時までの滞在でチェックアウトなので、一番お安い部屋にしましたが冷房・冷蔵庫・テレビ・湯沸かし器・ペットボトル２本・スリッパ・小さい窓が有り不便は無かったです。 予約サイトの写真より古い感じで、タオルはふわふわでは無かったですが、お部屋は綺麗でした。家族経営のようで、おばあさまが何時もソファーに座っていて言葉は交わしませんが笑顔で会釈をしてくれました。帰国日も深夜発のため他のホテルを11時にチェックアウトし、こちらのホテルに移動。夜８時までの利用でしたがお安い部屋を１泊で予約。12時から使わせていただき助かりました。とても暑い日だったので、町歩きで疲れたら休憩ができ良かったです。支払いは現金払いでした。豪華さは有りませんが緊張することなく、気軽に利用出来るホテルです。

Prima basis hotel. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Hotel eigenaresse erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en betrouwbaar. Het ligt in een leuk authentiek straatje. In het hotel hoor je niks van de drukte in de stad. Het ligt midden in de stad. .

My partner and I are backpacking Vietnam for a month, traveling from south to north. Tung Trang was the perfect home base! Situated in a quiet alley so that we were able to get a good nights rest, while being in the perfect location, walkable to the old quarters. The family that owns the hotel are very sweet and lovely. Room is not big, but bed is comfortable, sheets are clean, bathroom is updated, balcony with a nice view. What more can you ask for a budget hotel!?

Tanti pro : Prezzo, zona , disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria, lavanderia interna . Unico piccolo "contro " la stanza forse davvero troppo minimal , un po' spoglia e un pochino scomoda per chi ha bagagli Cmq lo consiglio a chiunque tranne a chi ama le stanze più grandi e più curate .
