I think it's pretty good. I looked at many rooms in the old town. This one has a high cost performance. The boss is also nice and can communicate in English. The most important thing is that there is breakfast, which is good. The room we were given has a balcony, which is good.

This hotel is old and I had to leave I was not happy .the room was small and dark .. I asked for refund and I would book somewhere else . They put me in their sister hotel "the premium dream" suppose to be 4star .. not by the standards of 4 star already stayed in vietnam at all. The hotel was not finished..workmen everywhere.. the dining area was a small room ... with food on shelving system..there was not much choice.. i had omlette and salad but i wouldn't recommend it... overall, I would not recommend this hotel..

Very Very poor service. I booked this hotel but when i reached the hotel, they said that they will be transferring me to a diff hotel without any reason, they transferred me to the central hotel spa sister hotel wc is 10 mins far. i had to walk with my luggage while looking for the other hotel. They didnt help me with my lagguge at all. this is so dissapointing. 😤😤😤😤😤😤

We just stayed there for one night before leaving Hanoi, it’s cheap so we didn’t expect a lot, but we had a decent night.
