This boutique hotel is excellently located in the old quarter. The staff were nice and friendly, the room was comfortable, however, I think the design of the jacuzzi bath means it’s quite dangerous getting in and out and also just trying to stand in it to take a shower. The cleanliness was quite bad! No one seems to bother cleaning under the bed or under the chaise longe, we were looking around going our last check before leaving and found tons of dirt, dust, socks covered in dust, papers. I think it seems to be the general standard, the mini ants were everywhere and I think they are getting a free trip to Ho Chi Minh with us in our baggage.

The location of the hotel is ideal, all the sights of the old quarter are 5-10 minutes away. But the hotel itself is very old, the plumbing is broken, there is a musty smell. Breakfasts are not rich, but you can eat your fill. We booked a room with a window, but for some reason they first put us in a room without a window, saying that they were "fully booked for today". It was really strange, because the hotel was booked a week in advance.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for those who come there just to spend the night. The staff is polite, sometimes too polite.

The word luxury should not be given much importance in Vietnam. The hotel and the room were very basic. We had the room with a window on the ceiling - daylight only came through a kind of light shaft - and the hotel guests in the room above had the opportunity to look in on us from their windows. With the blinds rolled out (and without) the room is very dark. There is hardly any daylight in.
