It is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and the traffic is relatively congested. It is convenient to walk on legs or take a motorcycle. The room facilities are similar to those of 7 Days Home Inn in China, but most hotels in Hanoi are similar.

Hôtel très bien placé, l'hôtelier nous a donné une grande chambre famille sur cours sans aucun bruit, ce qui était parfait pour nous. Néanmoins, nus avions deux fenêtres sans lumière du jour. Nous conseillons vivement le Maro Hôtel.

Few positive points for this hotel! A hotel located near Hoan Kiem Lake, on Cau Go Street. The staff of this hotel, which changes regularly, does not speak English, so it is difficult to communicate. Despite the language barrier, the staff could be more interested in customer expectations. Emails sent to the hotel do not receive a response. You have to insist to get a message. The only positive point of this stay is the room on the 1st floor, overlooking the street, which is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed. The cleaning leaves something to be desired, especially in the bathroom. For example, the shower hose must not have been cleaned since it was installed! The breakfast, included in the price, is far from satisfactory. It is not plentiful. Despite all the fruit available from the vendors, over a stay of 21 nights, only bananas were offered, with bread, the bottoms of jam jars, butter, yogurts. It is better to stay in another hotel in the same area, where the services offered are better, including a generous and varied breakfast buffet, for a lower price.
