Very cost-effective, although the place is not big, but it has all the basic hotel facilities, it is clean, and it is convenient to eat around, but the place is small and the sound insulation is not that good

It was a coincidence to book here. My friend had a problem with her initial apartment booking, so we decided to find another place for one night. We met the manager (I believe she is) at the reception, she's speaking fluent English and she even helped me with my phone issue. Apart from the hotel being slightly distance away from the busy old quarter, this hotel provided great service. We liked it, and so we decided to stay another two nights.
Thanks Hillary Hanoi Hotel!
p.s: strong creamy coffee lover would love the coffee shop opposite the hotel!
