It is just an ordinary family-style B&B, a 4-story building with no elevator. No big windows, old facilities, and no restrictions on poor environment.

Best customer service at any hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Owner is super friendly and helpful- ended up helping my party get a bus to Cat Ba and gave us a lot of information on the different cruises for Ha Long Bay.
Room was clean and had everything I needed, I was even upgraded to a room with a balcony.

The transportation in Hanoi Old Town is very convenient, but there are many stalls on the side road downstairs, which can be said to be a vegetable market. Of course, it is also convenient for eating and shopping. The boss is very good and enthusiastic. It seems that hotels in Vietnam are not big and are more family-style.
