Hotel cancelled my booking even though I sent a message to inform that I will be late. Hotel replied via WhatsApp with the gate entry, room no. & WIFI details. Upon arrival, my room was given to another person, then claimed that I had not paid and then suggested an alternative hotel in a dark alley.
