Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi

Amazing staff who were welcoming and incredibly helpful to get to know the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My friend and I enjoyed our time in Hanoi and look forward to going again soon!

I used to stay here during my family trip to Hanoi back in 2017 (was formerly La Siesta Trendy). Love the hotel, the staffs service and their breakfast so much that I want to try this hotel again. I am glad their service standard still remain the same and I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and experienced world-class customer service from the hotel. Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi is located in the Old District of Hanoi and is definitely the center of the action. If you have never been to Hanoi, you should stay in the Old District for sure. The room rate was a steal, and the location was superb. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. In addition to the buffet selection, the hotel also offered on-demand eggs and cook-to-order Vietnamese dishes such as beef pho, chicken pho, Hue-style noodles, and dry vermicelli. While the hotel does have some minor issues, such as sound insulation and water temperature, the service provided by the staff more than made up for it. In that sense, Bespoke Trendy Hanoi was truly phenomenal. The front office captain, Nhung (Mei), provided excellent service throughout our stay, and she is definitely one of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. She is very responsive and always greets us with a great smile. Whether it is a spa reservation or a restaurant recommendation, she is always there to help. She also went the extra mile by providing several touching gestures. For example, she sent us short texts daily to follow up on our needs. In addition, while we were waiting for the tour bus for Ha Long Bay to arrive, she brought us two bottles of water and some snacks so we wouldn't be hungry or thirsty during our excursion. She also prepared some tea and snacks when we checked out so we could enjoy them on the plane. She was also there to bid us farewell when our taxi arrived. From check-in to check-out, she demonstrated the best hotel hospitality I have ever experienced, even better than the personalized concierge service from top hotels worldwide, such as Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis! At Bespoke Trendy Hanoi, one doesn't need to be an elite member to enjoy VIP treatment. They have mastered hospitality and provided one of the most memorable stays for my wife and I. We will come back in the future for sure!
