Hello to my dear Harley, she is the most patient and well trained employee... I will definitely come to Hanoi because of her. ❤️❤️❤️ I hope manger can recognise her efforts! Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. They have 2 hotel located in the old quarter area... We had the central area it's perfect for couple who don't like parties and quiet surrounding. The pool is under renovated but you can use the other pool from the premium hotel.

✅The front desk and all the service staff are very good. They greet us every day when we meet. We asked if there was a trip to Halong Bay and they introduced us patiently. They also recommended attractions in Hanoi.
✅The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient to go anywhere. The only drawback is that it is noisy at night, which may be more suitable for young people. However, earplugs are provided in the room.
✅The breakfast is very good. There are many choices. However, there are too many street food in Hanoi, so we chose to go out and eat sticky rice later~

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, with special mention to Sal, who not only arranged tours for us but also promptly responded to all our queries about getting back to the airport, even after we had checked out. The room was spacious, and the king-size bed made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect, providing easy access to popular sightseeing spots, food streets, and night markets.

The room is terrible, the hotel is very stingy, it's a very bad experience, the premature delivery is just so-so, it's the worst hotel I've stayed in Hanoi, it's simply speechless. I suggest friends not to choose it, otherwise you will regret it

I am fascinated by the Staff's quick response and very accomodating to customers need. All the staff are friendly but there's one staff that treats you like a family. Her name is Doris , very professional , caring and friendly . All staff are very hospitable and service is above average. From restaurant to customer service to room service it is very satisfying. The food is a big thumbs up, I started to like eating Vietnamese cuisine after trying the food there, it is like a 5 star restaurant. Love it, would love to stay there and dine in their restaurant again. 🤩
