We stayed for a night while we were in hanoi and the attendant is very accomodating and friendly.

Room in good condition but on the 4th floor,
The air conditioning fin which is held with a screw.
Mold on the ceiling.
No outlet near the bed, luckily I have an external battery.
Can be used as a emergency hotel room but that's what....

Great location, 24-hour reception. The room was spacious. Our room was on the 4th floor and there were only stairs, which was a bit tiring.
