Pros: This hotel is located in an alley next to 36th Street. Walking out is a busy street. It is super close to Bar Street, and it takes less than five minutes to walk. Not far from Hoan Kiem Lake, 10 minutes walk.
Disadvantages: The hotel I booked, the air conditioner is too old, the sound is very loud at night, and it is blowing directly on the bed, it is cold and hot at night, which is a headache, and there is no window. Other than these, everything else is fine. In addition, the place to eat breakfast is in another hotel (probably the same owner). The breakfast is a buffet. To be honest, there are not many things and the taste is average. It is no problem to fill your stomach.

Location is good near Hoan Kiem Lake but in a narrow small lane instead of a main road. Taxi drivers may not be able to find easily. Some small stain spots on bedsheets but room is fantastic otherwise. Staff are friendly and polite.
