Close to Airport. No shops available for food unless you want to take a risk on the very limited street food. Would be easier to get food before you stay here or maybe grab food from Airport. Overall it wasn't too nad for a short sleep over before our flight the next morning

If you are expecting a five star resort for the cost of a hostel you will be disappointed. If you are expecting friendly staff, that you may have try to communicate with because you are in their country, and you don't judge the area as unsafe because there are not many street lights, I think you will appreciate a stay here. I had a great experience with the staff. We arrived late at night, had little to no trouble getting into a room and we were more than satisfied with the room we were put in. The mattresses were stiff, but I did not find them any more so than other places in Vietnam. English communication was not as easily done, however, the staff was obviously trying to be very helpful in communicating with us. We utilized Google Translate and had no issue getting information for the stay. Also, I am in Vietnam, so I would expect that it is partially on me to try to communicate in Vietnamese. The hotel is in a back alley entrance with not many lights around. I would not call it dangerous. I walked around later at night and was able to find a family restaurant nearby as directed by the staff, as well as there were locals in a nearby square doing what looked like a communal dance class. The next morning the same square was filled with an organized volleyball match. It hardly seemed like a spot that was sketchy, more just dark. The area is not busy late at night as it is not surrounded by residential housing and it is about 2 km from the airport. The breakfast was a bit of fusion cuisine between local foods and western food. You could eat your fill of either, and the location is the top floor of the hotel giving it a nice view of the surrounding area. Again, a quick glance from that vantage point puts the alley entrance as a scary area into a different perspective. Lastly and most importantly, we had a special request with some luggage difficulty we had in our travels. It was a ridiculous thing for us to request from the staff and they went above and beyond to help us out. I would have no issue staying here again. Also, if there was a problem with the stay, I think I would have no problem sorting it out appropriately with the staff that I met there.

Ratings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

I had a memorable experience at L7 West Lake Hanoi by Lotte. Thank you, Ms. Phuong Anh (Reservation Agent), you've given me a lot of support. We've been warmly welcomed since we arrived in the hotel lobby. Friendly receptionists and enthusiastic introduction to our hotel facilities and services. We had two meals at the hotel, the best view, and the food and attitude served well. Thank you for giving us this wonderful feeling. We'll be back next time.

Our 40sqm. Superior Room is all new, clean and very well-maintained. Complete with all appliances like washing machine, induction stove, a fridge, tv. Bed feels new and sheets are so clean that is so comfty. With well-crafted cabinets for all our wardrobes and storage for our luggages. This apartel is surrounded with restaurants, minimarts-just a walking distance. Staff are so friendly and accomodating, speaks clear English and always ready to serve. Things to improve: kindly provide clear instructions on how to locate the hotel when booking a Grab from the airport. This apartel is tucked away inside the main street of Tô Ngọc Vân in Tây Hồ so via Grab it is easier to just alight at Al Fresco's To Ngoc Van and contact the hotel from there for assistance. Overall, our stay here is a pleasant one with our highest recommendation! Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!

The Covid epidemic is going on very complicated in Hanoi. Children instead of going to school, participating in outdoor sports activities, outdoor sessions are indoors all day! Prison leads psychological stress for both children and parents. So my family always wants to have short, safe vacations before the epidemic and have a fresh space for the children to have a comfortable time. we chose diamond westlake suites - a great destination that meets my family's requests!interesting experiences,peaceful for children and great relaxation for parents! We really enjoyed staying here. We originally booked another hotel but due to the noise and other issues we had to change it and we’re very glad we chose Fraser Suites. It is located in very convenient location. Supermarkets are in the same building complex, there are numerous coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby and Old quarter and other tourist sites are quick taxi ride away. There is also a free comfortable shuttle service which we used couple of times. The room was modern, spacious and quiet. We slept really good in a big comfortable king bed. We enjoyed cooking a lot in well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very useful for our longterm stay. We used a sky lounge on the top floor couple of times. Very nice views and great cocktails!! Due to the weather the infinity pool was not open but it must be really nice when it is warm out. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists, cleaning stuff, the shuttle drivers, bartenders and waiters, they made our stay very special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Amazing!!! My stay here was fabulous. The bed was so heavenly I didn’t want to wake up and leave. It was unfortunate that I could only spend one night there. Breakfast was awesome, many options were available. I was treated well from the start with a welcome drink, baker service and more. I hope I can return one day soon.

Stayed on two short occasions while in the area and gave it an average but I feel it's almost below that. I will start with the positives. The staff are very friendly and helpful and housekeeping was good. The breakfast in the main dining room had quite a good selection and very good service. Unfortunately the rest of the property left me underwhelmed, and especially for the very high rates (well over $250 per night CAD). Location is ok, but not in the 'Old Quarter', which means that many tour shuttles will not do pick ups from there. I could not even get a Grab car at 7 a.m. on regular weekday morning and forced to take a taxi or be late and miss my tour. There are however some good restaurants near the hotel within walking distance. The Club lounge has garnered high reviews here on TA and I am astonished as to why. This actually was one of the benefits that had convinced me to exercise my Marriott BonVoy status and splurge on this property rather than stay at one of the many more reasonably priced and far more central hotels in the area. I am not sure what people's standards are but this lounge was not premium at all. The food was frankly, atrocious. There is a large variety of condiments and toppings for things but the main and side dishes look like they were leftovers from a banquet event, sitting under warming lamps for far too long, dry or oversauced, and not appealing. No vegetables except for a couple of sad looking salad items, very little for vegetarian or non red meat eaters and very little Vietnamese selections, rather sad looking attempts at Western items. Desserts sat in a fridge looking equally sad and drink selection was minimal, with a long wait for a simple highball and the mix added in when it was asked for on the side. The staff was pleasant enough so I didn't have the heart to complain at the time. The worst part about it is that it is overrun with loud families and children, which does not correspond to an adult executive lounge atmosphere in the evening during a cocktail hour. On the two occasions I went in I did not enjoy my time there and stayed only long enough to finish a drink and I had to skip dinner entirely the first time as the food was so unappealing. The lounge is also located on a floor with club level rooms and the noise generated from carts wheeling in and out during early morning and late night set up/break downs, as well as the doors slamming from the same is also not conducive to an elite member experience. The other issue I had was with the bedding. The feather pillows become literally flat as pancakes when you press down and must be ten years old. I had to request firm pillows to be sent up. I also had to request a top sheet to place under the duvet as the duvet cover is made of a cheap polyester fake satin type material which is not breathable and causes excessive sweating. I am not sure why they are not using better quality fabric to begin with but top sheets are generally standard also. Curiously
