The hotel is nicely located in the center. The rooms are small but nicely furnished, in appearance.
My room was flooded when I open the door of the shower and the water dispersed on the floor reaching to the bedroom.
After cleaning what I could, I went to report the issue to the receptionist. Unprofessional and far from being kind, she eventually agreed to give me another room.
When I attempted to move to my next room, the new key didn’t open the bedroom door as the receptionist was incapable to set it up properly, so I had to go down to the reception to get it fixed.
Again no sort of acknowledgment of the problem: a smile would have been nice if she couldn’t say sorry.
Poor management leads to unhappy staff! It seems the bad review is the only way to get us heard. Pity!
