Although it is winter, it is very sunny. It is very warm to bask in the sun outside the homestay and the scenery is beautiful! It is also very quiet, there is no idle crowd, there is this homestay, you can enjoy this beautiful scenery alone, it is great! The furniture in the room is solid wood, quiet MUJI style, and a little design, the bathroom is particularly clean! You can also book to eat here, fried two dishes, eat in such a good scenery, very enjoyable!

Overall quite satisfactory. The location of the homestay is very good, especially the room with a balcony. Sitting on the balcony, drinking tea while watching the ancient trees and mountain views, it is very pleasant. Stayed for 4 days in total, the environment is good, the facilities and sanitation are good, and the service attitude is also very good. Suitable for self-driving, there is a chance to go on vacation again.

然後屋內硬裝和軟裝都是老闆用了心的，請了專業人士來設計，用的都是環保材料，床品的質地一摸就知道是花了錢的，客廳可以一起看電影看比賽，也可以唱k😎；
老闆和老闆娘超級nice，熱情大方，事無鉅細都安排的井井有條；店裡提供餐飲，抱着試一試的心態點了幾個菜，浙師大博士的老闆親自下廚，超棒，我們四個人五菜一湯，徹底光盤，吃的時候就覺得頭頂一直在IQ+1哈哈哈哈👻👻👻
到附近神龍川景區玩水也很方便，而且最近下游修水庫，這邊徹底放飛不管釣魚游泳了，暑期親子避暑好去處😘

The homestay is very comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I forgot to come out to play. The proprietress is very good and feels like home! 1️⃣ Eat: The breakfast is very rich, the nutrition is complete with 2️⃣ Living: the room has a good sound insulation effect. This kind of big summer can sleep differently with air conditioning. It is too comfortable. The toiletries provided are enough for 3️⃣ to play: highly recommended! Children catch fish in the creek, play water guns, pick up snails, fight water fights, very happy! There is also a swimming pool where you can swim and play at any time, especially happy! The environment gives people a feeling of ”picking chrysanthemums under the eastern fence and leisurely seeing the southern mountains”. The hotel day happened to be a rainy day, and the wooden house on the bamboo forest path was very artistic.
The entire B&B is also fully equipped with everything from meetings to catering to accommodation.
The boss's service is also very good. If we contact him for anything we need, we can get a reply as soon as possible.

The location of the homestay is very good! It is very close to the longing life mushroom house. It can be reached in a few minutes by car. It is not far from Jingshan Huahai. It can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Because of my own situation, I changed the room, but the interior decoration of the homestay is not bad and the price is very high! Very suitable for bringing a baby to play for two days!

It's really unexpectedly good! It was rated as a ceiling of the homestay by peers. The main advantages are three: First, the service attitude is friendly, and they are at home and responsive; second, the green vegetables and salmon they grow are delicious, and the vegetable market in non-urban can be compared; Third, entertainment activities are brain-scratching, a wide variety of tricks, there are chess and card rooms, KTV (you can also sing outdoors), open-air movies, barbecue, fish fishing, boating... It seems that there is a stove to make tea in winter. If you have to pick something wrong, it may be that you are not very friendly to friends who are afraid of insects, and there are two cats who are not afraid of people, and they will ripple on you. Sitting in the courtyard drinking and chatting in the summer night, blowing the cool evening breeze, is really a great joy in life!

DdaininAfter a leisure trip to Yangcheng Lake, the old couple came to Hangzhou Xixi Wetland and stayed at Hangzhou Zhizhi·Xixi Resort Hotel.
This place is hidden deep in the lake and woods, with winding paths and ancient winds. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, making people feel refreshed.
The facilities in the room are very complete and the bedding is very neat and clean. Especially the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I feel very satisfied.
Less than ten minutes walk from the hotel entrance is the food street, where there are a variety of gourmet restaurants to choose from. Of course, the food in the hotel is also very authentic and tastes good, but it is a bit expensive.
I stayed here for three nights. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon and it kept raining, so I could only stay in the room in a daze. Try to come again next year!

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

AAnonymous UserBreakfast was lousy, nothing much to eat. Room is small and the wall is dusty despite it being just cleaned before we checked in. Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.

LLee Huan Chiao-Cleanliness was perfect! My room and other rooms I saw were perfectly clean. The corridors, common area, showers, toilets and powder room were perfectly clean.
-Front desk was welcoming and served lemon water upon check in.
-Facilities were nice. There are powder rooms at every corner so guests don’t have to walk all the way to the three toilets and three showers which felt like a maze. Laundry, dryer and garment steamer are available but they might need a china number to access unless you can pay the staff to pay it for you and there’s a laundry drying area at the verandah. There is a fridge and two microwave at the common area. I love their lemon water dispenser at the lobby.
-Amenities wise, towels, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush have to be purchased from the vending machines in their showers, but shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are free. Several cold and hot water dispensers are around and paper cups can be found in the shower, kitchen and powder rooms.
-Location wise, there’s many food eateries throughout the whole building (one very affordable eatery opens 24/7) and many more at the streets around the building. There are two MRTs was about 10mins walk away.
-Only drawback was that the air conditioner in my room was not cold at all, even after the staff adjusted the temperature from their system. I asked two other guests and they said the same. Opening the door like some other guests made my room less stuffy but my corridor was at the end corner so it was not as cold as the central corridors. The common room was also not cold at all but not hot either. Overall, it was okay and bearable, not stuffy, just not cold. Showering cold helps a lot too. I still slept comfortably at night without blankets and the room was slightly cold during mornings. Price wise, can’t complain since my priority is cleanliness, privacy and price only. But one person said their room was too cold, and another one said their room became cold after the staff adjusted the temperature, so maybe it depends what room you get/negotiate.
-Photos of the window room have mirrors but mine didn’t have it, sadly.
-Price wise, totally worth it. Can’t meet service this perfect at such low price elsewhere. Would definitely come back!

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

If not, it is really inconvenient. If possible, please ask the hotel to consider the actual needs of the residents and solve it! I hope to come to the check-in machine later and have a self-service washing machine and dryer! ! ! In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! ＬＬＥＯailvyouIs that a real five-star hotel? I don’t think so, first, all 3 USB sockets broken, pointpen broken and hair dryer was burnt. The good thing is the room is very big than expected, especially the shower room, I like that. Anyway, both the pricing and environment are not matched so much. The top platform is amazing, where can be able to watch the west lake in a long view. I think that hotel management can try to improve some service details in the future.

GGuest UserGreat location! West lake is right in front of the hotel. Subway station is around the corner. Plenty of restaurants around. Mall is right beside. Room is clean. But it smelled of cigarette even if it’s a non smoking room. Wide spread of buffet breakfast. Hotel lobby is grand with free tea.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
