The most satisfying B&B I have stayed in this year. The room and environment of the B&B are more beautiful than in the photos. The beautiful proprietress is very polite and enthusiastic, and the dishes are especially delicious. The B&B is only a ten-minute drive from Tuankou Hot Spring. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring in winter. The proprietress also got a discount ticket for the hot spring through an acquaintance, saving a lot of money. We took a hot spring bath on the first day, and went to Daming Mountain for skiing on the second day. The road is not far and it is very convenient. My daughter loves it here and says she must come back in the summer.

The destination is Wind Valley. We found the most satisfactory homestay around. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening. The housekeeper greeted us warmly at the door, guided us to the parking space, made tea, and enthusiastically introduced the fun places around. The hotel is located at the foot of a large mountain. There are lawns and canopies at the foot of the mountain. The lighting a**osphere is particularly good at night. The gurgling stream is very healing in the deep nature. The frog calls can be heard clearly at night. The room layout is very special. The children like it very much. The starry sky room is booked. When you look up, there is an automatic skylight. It is so romantic. A bowl of handmade noodles full of vitality in the morning starts a beautiful new day. The aunt and the service staff are very good. I will come again next time!

The homestay is very clean and tidy, a bit Muji style. Our family of three lived in Room 1, the bed was large and the bedding was very comfortable. The boss's response speed is relatively fast, and the food cooked by the aunt is also very delicious and the price is fair. It is recommended that you can install a few hooks behind the door in the bathroom, otherwise it is not convenient to take a shower.

All the desire for summer wild fun.
One minute out is the creek. There are two meters of deep pools to swim, and you can also go up and down the creek and hike. The next day, the boss also brought watermelon to soak in the creek. When swimming, it was cool to eat together. Of course, going out is the farmland, picking corn, cooking on the spot, and sweet, before leaving to buy some.
Speaking of accommodation, it is not luxurious, but there are some, clean and spacious. It must be said that the huge yard (the homestay covers an area of more than 1,400 square meters), the design is tasteful, the green tree rocking chair, the bonfire firework projection, you can rest assured that the children can play in the yard.

Overall quite satisfactory. The location of the homestay is very good, especially the room with a balcony. Sitting on the balcony, drinking tea while watching the ancient trees and mountain views, it is very pleasant. Stayed for 4 days in total, the environment is good, the facilities and sanitation are good, and the service attitude is also very good. Overall, this is a very good homestay. The store is a father and son, who are warm and thoughtful, meticulous and patient. When we first arrived, the snacks that greeted us were too tempting. When we left, we brought a lot, especially the small twist. It's too unforgettable. Beautiful environment, good room type, plenty of parking spaces, there is even a charging pile, great! There are a lot of koi in the small fish pond. The lobby on the first floor is spacious and bright. The projection sound is well-equipped. The dining is satisfactory. Later, I learned that the doctor who cooks for us is a must. The vegetables in this season are really delicious. The rice is made of new rice. You can eat three bowls of empty mouth. I highly recommend the corn for breakfast, it is so delicious. Finally, the lack of voltage caused by insufficient air conditioning and the problem of bathroom deodorization still needs to be mentioned. I hope that I can see that it has been improved next time.

The homestay is very comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I forgot to come out to play. The proprietress is very good and feels like home! 1️⃣ Eat: The breakfast is very rich, the nutrition is complete with 2️⃣ Living: the room has a good sound insulation effect. This kind of big summer can sleep differently with air conditioning. It is too comfortable. The toiletries provided are enough for 3️⃣ to play: highly recommended! Children catch fish in the creek, play water guns, pick up snails, fight water fights, very happy! There is also a swimming pool where you can swim and play at any time, especially happy! GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

MMaozaizhongdianI like the hotel environment very much. The service is also very thoughtful. Junjun is really a very good hotel butler. He helped me choose a super quiet room. He helped me and my parents upgrade our rooms. The whole family is happy. The gifts are also sent to my heart. Who said Hangzhou is a food desert? My children and parents had a super happy meal. The sweet-scented osmanthus in the yard is fragrant. The tea garden is very large. It is beautiful to enjoy the tea garden while having breakfast.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。
前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

MMiguel AngelPros: Great hotel, not too far from west lake, it has all the amenities you need, clean rooms, good breakfast, free laundry, and lots of shops, restaurants nearby.
Cons: rooms are on the small side, the bathroom is glass and so is the toilet, weird, no hooks to hang your towels, the light switches are so complicated for no reason, and if you are a light sleeper, request a room NOT facing the highway, it can get a bit noisy.

JJaymest WongA very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

FFeige198211I have been staying at the hotel for a few days, and there is a very inconvenient thing. The hotel does not have a self-service washing machine and dryer! Very inconvenient for business travelers! I remember that when I stayed at Jinjiang Inn hotels in other cities before, they all had them! I often come to Hangzhou for business trips. If not, it is really inconvenient. If possible, please ask the hotel to consider the actual needs of the residents and solve it! I hope to come to the check-in machine later and have a self-service washing machine and dryer! ! ! In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! As thin as paper! Jinjiang has always said that after so many generations of product upgrades, what is their use? The basic problems are not solved! ! ! It’s useless to upgrade for another 100 generations! ! !

GGuest UserGreat location! West lake is right in front of the hotel. Subway station is around the corner. Plenty of restaurants around. Mall is right beside. Room is clean. But it smelled of cigarette even if it’s a non smoking room. Wide spread of buffet breakfast. Hotel lobby is grand with free tea.

RRong OuPros:
- Very convenient location, a couple of minutes walk to the West Lake.
- The lobby is spotless, check in/out is smooth.
- We went with a driver/tour guide (Zhu Feng) associated with the hotel who was very helpful, drove us around the lake for most of a day in pouring rain.
- Bellman is very helpful with loading luggage (he needs to work out more though :).
- Breakfast is good, but not great.
Cons
- The room is a little outdated, needs some maintenance work.
- The AC is the worst. The one in our room was blasting air all day long, but can barely keep the temperate at 25 C (77 F).
- The gym is pretty crappy. Looks like it's been rented out for external use, and it's not very clean or well maintained.
Overall got a good bone but needs some management shakeup and remodeling.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
