Great location, near Jiangcheng station - and walking distance to Hefang district. The room and hotel facilities are more than what I had expected, very clean and available amenities, and definitely enjoyed the free-to-use laundromat! It's surrounded by many eateries, but during my stay I didn't get to try them. Service staffs are pleasant I will definitely choose here again

I ended my pleasant stay at Home Inn, and I have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt extremely warm and thoughtful. The smile and efficient service of the front desk staff made the check-in procedures very smooth and quickly helped me settle everything. The room is spacious and bright, warm and comfortable, and every detail shows quality. The bed is soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The cleaning work in the room is also impeccable and spotless. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with advanced gym equipment and clear swimming pool water, allowing people to relax and unwind during leisure time. The catering is even more surprising. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, and the taste is excellent. Whether it is Chinese porridge or Western bread and pastries, it can meet the needs of different people. Moreover, the location of the hotel is very superior, with convenient transportation and travel around. There are also many shopping malls and food streets nearby, which satisfy the desire to shop and taste delicious food. In short, this stay at [hotel name] is perfect, and I will definitely choose it next time if I have the chance!

The staff was very helpful and patient with us. I booked the wrong month and my reservation was not matching. They told me not to worry and we figured it out. Then they upgraded us ! The beds and blankets/pillows are very comfortable and the bathroom is really well equipped. The only downside is that it smelled a bit or cigarette when the bathroom ventilator was turned on. The room was very clean and was indeed smoke free.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in a row. It is an economical and independent one-bedroom hotel apartment. The experience is very good.

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!

The room is quite small and smell not too good. Firstly, I got the room with fake windows which is I considered as it’s should be ‘no-windows room’ and smell not really good. I ask the hotel staff to change the room due to I feel not good while stay in that room. Finally, I got the room with ‘real windows’ and stay peacefully in the room.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Environment: beyond my expectations Service: Not too good at all, I hope it can always be like this The overall feeling is really beyond my imagination because after all, the price is here, but the room hygiene and service are much better than the average five-star hotel. Highly recommended
