The front desk and room customer service aunts are very welcoming, and the buffet breakfast is very good. There are robot services. It is only a few minutes away from the subway entrance. There are also bus stops and shared bicycles nearby, making travel convenient. The hotel lobby is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent, which is very considerate and thoughtful. Opposite the hotel is the restaurant street (Fireworks Wantang). Both adults and children are satisfied. The first restaurant in front of the hotel is called xx Dazui, and it tastes good.

Pretty nice hotel. Stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights. The price is amazing for what you get. Our room was extremely spacious with a huge bathroom and nice king-sized bed. There's plenty of storage space and even a small kitchen in the room. The location is alright, but we weren't trying to be close to the center of Hangzhou anyway, so it was okay for us. The front desk was fairly nice and accommodating. All in all, I would recommend!

Location was good. Stuff very friendly. Room was clean. Only thing I didn’t fancy was the reusable slippers (although seemed like they were cleaned thoroughly tho). All in all nice place, will recommend.
