I took my family out for a trip during the Spring Festival and booked two king-size rooms. The hotel helped me upgrade to a courtyard king-size room. Thank you very much!!! This is my third time staying in this hotel. I really like its environment. You can see the mountains in the room, climb the mountains without leaving the hotel, and see the lake across the street. The natural scenery is simply invincible. The courtyard room is very large with a bathtub. I especially like the large table in the room. The children can do their homework and I can do handicrafts. The breakfast is also good. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant on the first floor is very delicious. No matter which dish you choose, you will not go for thunder. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will stay in this hotel again.

The stopper of the wash basin was not easy to press. I finally lifted it up but didn't call the service staff. When I took a shower, I found that there were two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. It should be that the housekeeper put it in the wrong place. Fortunately, the attitude of admitting the mistake was very good. When I checked out, I was given a drink as a gift. The service attitude was still very good, and they also helped us solve the problems left by the guests attentively.

Before leaving Shanghai after finishing work, I took my parents on a self-driving trip around Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Before leaving Hangzhou, I chose the Banshan Road All Seasons Hotel, which is close to the highway. The overall transportation is convenient, the living environment is the same as before, and the family room is super large. My mother kept saying that it is much larger than the All Seasons in other cities. The service at the front desk is also great. Because we had to change the rental car temporarily and had a lot of luggage, the brothers and sisters at the front desk helped us move it together. Thank you very muchđ

UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk.
The two bedside table lights canât be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. Itâs inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) canât be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there arenât any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. Thereâs also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous ćŻæ„ć±±ć±
ć painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasnât a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little childrenâs playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didnât really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the ćŻæ„ć±±ć±
ć, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

GGuest UserI go to Hangzhou every year, and this hotel is the one I am most satisfied with. I originally booked for only one day and immediately extended it for another night. This hotel is really pet-friendly, and the service is really good in every aspect, including helping with luggage, hotel introduction, meals, etc. However, I would like to remind you that if you bring a pet with you, it is best not to use a stroller. The hotel has many small roads, small bridges, crossroads, etc. The scenery is very beautiful, but it is very inconvenient to push a stroller. The waiter will help at any time~ The photo taking service provided by the hotel is also very good because the scenery taken by the hotel is really beautiful. The floor heating in the room is very comfortable, and the large bathtub is also equipped with a disposable cover, which is very thoughtful. I will continue to come next year!

GGuest UserWe came to Hangzhou in the season when maple leaves are at their red. My husband and I chose the Shusheng Xunzhen No. 1 Courtyard, which is not far from Lingyin Temple. The housekeeper was warm and thoughtful. The room was very artistic, just what we liked. The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties. You can take pictures of very beautiful red maples in the hotel courtyard. There is also beautiful scenery not far away. We northerners were amazed. When checking out, the housekeeper also gave us souvenirs, bracelets and the God of Wealth. Who can refuse such a wonderful gift? Thank you for your thoughtful and warm service. We will see you again, for sure.

I hope to come to the check-in machine later and have a self-service washing machine and dryer! ! ! In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! As thin as paper! Jinjiang has always said that after so many generations of product upgrades, what is their use? The basic problems are not solved! ! !
