Hotels Near Longquan Official Kiln of Southern Song Dynasty in Hangzhou

The rest of the room was fine, but the sound insulation was very poor. I stayed for two nights in total. The first night I stayed on the seventh floor. The restaurant was upstairs and I could hear the noise of chairs being dragged around. On the second night, I was transferred to the sixth floor. Due to the noise of children in the corridor, the knocking on the door of the deliveryman, and especially the sound of people talking next door, I made a second complaint call, and it didn't quiet down until twelve o'clock at night. The sound insulation effect is so poor! ! !

The hotel is pretty good, and the facilities are also good. There are convenience stores, snack bars, coffee shops and so on around. It is close to Qiantang River, and you can go to the riverside at night. It is very close. It is not far from the subway. It is convenient to take a taxi and there is no traffic jam. I have recommended it to my friends. There is also a laundry room and a gym. I will consider this place next time I come to Hangzhou.

The room is big, but old, the stairs are unstable, and the air conditioner smells of oil smoke. After feedback, we were given a new room. The location is good, and it is convenient for going out and eating. Good 👌

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. We solved the problems in time and also asked us to use the room facilities. The service is full marks. Free parking. The room facilities are very good. There are laundry and refrigerators. The transportation is convenient, it is easy to take a taxi and eat. There is a shopping mall nearby. It's very good. The Qiantang River is behind the hotel. Recommended

Environment: beyond my expectations Service: Not too good at all, I hope it can always be like this The overall feeling is really beyond my imagination because after all, the price is here, but the room hygiene and service are much better than the average five-star hotel. Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10
