The service at the front desk is very good. The room is very nice. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food. The view is also very good. I will definitely choose to stay in Hangzhou next time. The surrounding environment is also quite good😌😌

There are many restaurants to choose from around, and there is a large shopping mall opposite which is very convenient. The shower is very powerful. The level of customers staying here is not high, the smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere, and they even smoke in the elevator. Breakfast is very simple, just fill your stomach, don't expect a tasty meal. It's about 5 to 8 minutes walk from the subway station.

The front desk lady patiently explained to me that the car parked in the hotel parking lot is also free. After checking in, I also helped me take my luggage to the elevator. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very beautiful, the room is clean and the facilities are complete. Service attitude is also very good! The front desk was very efficient and had a good service attitude. We needed to check out later because of something urgent, and the front desk agreed immediately after communicating with us! Snacks and sour plum soup for children were also given upon check-out. The coffee on the first floor is also delicious. If you don't drink coffee, you can try the matcha iced wine, which is great!

For a relaxed Family vacation with a nice outdoor swimming pool this Hotel is perfect. The room was huge, very spacious, made for kids to enjoy. Friendly personal, great service, all in all a very nice Hotel to stay at, if you do not intend to leave the Hotel to discover the City Hangzhou.
