Hotels in Hangzhou Railway Station Area, Hangzhou

This is the second time I decided to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake. The location is amazing, and so is the tour. I decided to buy a half-day tour (4 hours). The price is reasonable, and the driver is amazing. He took us to visit the top tourist destinations and also took us to a good restaurant that was delicious and not expensive at all. There was a staff member at the front desk named Sam. He is amazing. Throughout our 3 days and 2 nights stay, he helped us a lot and also guided us on our visits. While staying at the hotel, he was one of the staff members who could speak English. I would say that I received excellent service from him, and all of my friends loved him very much. You have such a great asset in him.

I went out with my mother. I originally booked a king-size room, but then I felt it was too small. The twin rooms were all booked, so I changed to a family room. I was very satisfied. The room was very large and clean, and there was Xiaodu smart voice. The hotel is on the 26th floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a wide view of the city! The parking space is tight, with only a few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, but you can park in the underground parking lot (5 yuan per hour, 30 yuan capped) , and then drive up when there is a vacancy. The hotel is very convenient for transportation. There is a bus stop for the Chengzhan Railway Station nearby. There is a subway directly downstairs of the hotel. There are also many Hello bikes. It is very close to Hefang Street, West Lake, and it takes more than ten minutes to ride a bike. I am very satisfied overall and will choose to stay next time! 

The room is extremely good, and it is beautifully and tastefully furnished! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The amenities are great, and the room has smart features - electric toilet, mobile phone charging station, etc. Location is very good and hotel is near the Qian Hefang street, West Lake, and shopping places. Plenty of food places nearby too. There is free laundry service and free supper at 9pm. Service is excellent! I’ll give this place more than 5 stars , highly recommended!

I came to Hangzhou with my family for a trip. The last stop of the trip was the treasure shop. The Taohuabei Pier is next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The alleys are also very beautiful and good to visit~ The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. The aunt and the front desk guy I met are very good! I wish you a smooth work~

Absolutely great experience in this hotel! * It’s literally next door to the subway station! * They have a cute robot to deliver your 外卖 to the room; * Clean and stylish, with the nice staff; * The room is greeting you when you come, I find it really entertaining and cute; * We didn’t have time to watch TV, but the TV was HUGE! * Nice noodle restaurant also next door (probably even Halal) * 30 m away a Chinese supermarket Absolutely love it!

Convenient transportation is king! It is across the road from the Hangzhou Station exit. There are 2 subway lines, which is very convenient to go to the Lotus Flower. There is a restaurant downstairs, with special food, good quality and low price. The hotel rooms are also quite large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the view outside the windows is also quite good.

The room was clean, spacious and airy, the bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep, and the layout was reasonable. This hotel is located in the city center, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The transportation is convenient. You can go to Lingyin Temple, West Lake and Yintai. There are direct cars or subways, which are also very close. There are many restaurants around and the food is pretty good. The waiters at the hotel are enthusiastic and the lady at the front desk is also sweet. Any problems we encountered were solved and they were greatly praised. Overall, this hotel is a very good choice

Great location, near Jiangcheng station - and walking distance to Hefang district. The room and hotel facilities are more than what I had expected, very clean and available amenities, and definitely enjoyed the free-to-use laundromat! It's surrounded by many eateries, but during my stay I didn't get to try them. Service staffs are pleasant I will definitely choose here again

I stayed for five days at a time. The service was very good and there were few interruptions. If you have any needs, just ask at the front desk. The location can be clearly marked. It is on the 6th floor of Jiajing Business Building. When I first went there, I looked around the door several times and there was nothing. Found 😂

I came to Hangzhou for tourism and found many hotels. Finally, I chose this hotel. It is very close to the subway entrance of the city station railway station, Line 1, about 700 meters, and the West Lake Music Fountain is about 2 kilometers away. There are many foods around, and there is also a large supermarket behind the hotel. The price is very affordable. The front desk service is enthusiastic, and the room size is just right. I booked a deluxe king-size bed room. The room is very large and spacious, the bathroom is also large, and the big shower head in the shower room is very comfortable to take a shower. The room has good sound insulation. The hygiene is clean and tidy. The waiter will take the initiative to greet when he meets. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. There is a kind of warmth of home here. The bed is comfortable, the supplies are intimate, and there are free disposable toilet mats, free mineral water, free toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, etc. are all free. It is suitable for business travel groups to stay, and it is highly recommended!
