I accidentally clicked on this Kaiyuan Hotel. It is very convenient to get off the highway. It is very close to the Fuchun River. It can be reached in ten minutes' walk after dinner. There are many people and it is very lively. The hotel environment is very good. Although it is not big, it is quiet and fresh. The free coffee in the lobby tastes good. The room is big enough, the TV is huge, and the whole room is decorated with wood, neat and stylish. Breakfast is on the first floor and is basically satisfying. The variety is rich and the taste is good.

The room is very large, 🈶 large windows 🪟, there is a window sill, you can make tea, you can see the distant mountains outside the window, the room facing south should have a better view, in the Fuyang Marathon, the double room is almost all booked: downstairs Ken 🉐 Ji McDonald's Starbucks, and Wumart Supermarket, very convenient;

Pros- great view of the river (got upgraded to a river view room), all the staff was so friendly and a lot spoke English, asked for ice twice and it was promptly brought up to the room, decent options on the breakfast buffet (especially if you’ve been in China for a while), an outdoor pool (unfortunately closed due to COVID, a bathtub, a buffet dinner located in the hotel lobby, hotel was clean and well maintained Cons- (for Westerners ) beds were not the hardest I’ve slept on in China but not the softest either and the AC in the room was not able to be controlled individually. The room was rather hot and at times uncomfortable

Parking in the hotel is very convenient, both on the ground and underground. Parking underground is really convenient on rainy days. I think the breakfast has been upgraded this time. There is also a platform in the breakfast room, which is still good. Overall, it is a good value for money and a good accommodation for a business trip.

The service staff at the front desk are warm, thoughtful and soft-spoken. They patiently answer and explain the guests' questions. They give people an indescribable feeling. Anyway, a warm feeling comes from the bottom of my heart. The hotel's location is also Very good, free parking, and the front desk will also thoughtfully remind you to scan the parking ticket. My trip to the Grand New Century Hotel in Fuyang District, Hamgzhou, was quite a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, neat, spacious, oh and did I mention theybcome with a bath??? The service of the hotel staff was excellent. You would not expect this level of service from a hotel so far out of Hangzhou, as a matter of fact, you would be surprised to find it in a lot of major cities. The check-in, being a foreigner, is usually the worst part of any hotel stay in China, but it was so smooth. All the staff knew exactly what to do. I had a fractured foot and A LOT of baggage, and Inwas immediately assisted. They arranged carts, storrage for my excess items, Nd escorted me to my room. To my surprise, there were English speaking staff, and a special shoutout to Iris Chen, who took it on herself to see that Inwas taken care of! In all honesty, I have never seen this 5 star level service anywhere in China. I must also say well done to 汪俐昀 王易霖 and 孙露芬 for making sure I had a pleasant stay. The coffee shop was lovely, a nice hangout spot, and the tour of the hotel by Iris Chen was a big plus. She was a superstar from the get go. Any company would be lucky to have her in their ranks! She went above and beyond, even making sure I had the right healthcode after checking out as Zheijiang is quite strict. I applaud the hotel and staff for making me feel welcome and cared for!

The hotel is located in the old town of Fuyang, there are many restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and there is also a RT-Mart supermarket. Very satisfied with the hotel's sanitation and facilities, the room is quite large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, but the wash basin is still outside, there are two bottles of mineral water, there are about 10 free parking spaces in the underground garage, and there is an elevator directly to the lobby and room. Free parking is available from 8pm to 8am on the road outside the hotel. The lack of service is that breakfast is not a buffet, either the buns and porridge sent upstairs, or the breakfast coupon worth 12 yuan per person to the next noodle shop to eat, this price is basically the cheapest noodles, not enough to add money, live in this hotel then do not have breakfast, It is better to say that there is no breakfast. In addition, the dissatisfaction is the sound insulation of the room, the sound insulation effect is very poor, the sound of the TV in the next room and the sound of brushing teeth are clearly visible, so the comprehensive score is 4 points.

The hotel is in a good location (Fuyang itself is not big), and parking is also very convenient. I was lucky to be upgraded to a suite when traveling with my baby. The living room, bedroom, and bathtub of the suite all have river views, nice view. The breakfast room is not very big, but it is basically enough for people during the May Day holiday. The taste is good and there are some local specialties. Bamboo shoots are delicious in this season, and two or three dishes with bamboo shoots are very delicious. In general, the quality is trustworthy.

There are some restaurants downstairs and it is relatively close to the subway station. There is a moped parking spot not far downstairs. You can ride a moped when you go out. The room is quite satisfactory.
