The room is spacious and equipped with a full range of electrical appliances. There are two terraces and a small pool. You can call room service at any time in the hotel. 據説湘湖排名第一的酒店，出於好奇，這次分別入住了莊園主樓和香園。
先説區別：莊園主樓是普通客房，香園是別墅區；普通客房在前台辦理入住，香園在旁邊的茶吧辦理入住，別墅客人茶吧零食飲料等暢吃；普通客房更方便，別墅區更私密。
環境：酒店環境不錯，是用心設計並精心打理的，無論哪種房型都挺舒適，是一個不錯的度假酒店。
服務：禮賓很主動，管家反應迅速，客房阿姨打掃的乾淨，餐廳員工比較體貼，總體是滿意的。雖然入住前管家並沒堅持聯繫我，客人多時有些忙亂，但不影響入住體驗。
設施：肯定是香園的好一些，畢竟價格定位不同，但主樓的也不差。
