優點:容易找到，離西湖景區比較近，走幾十米就有一個繁華熱鬧的購物餐飲街。老闆服務倒是非常熱情周到。
缺點:停車不方便，要看運氣，房子在一棟老舊居民樓裏面，房間有異味，設施比較陳舊，床單被罩都是一次性的無紡布，特別不喜歡。

位置便利，去龍翔橋和銀泰等景點商圈都很方便，離地鐵很近，房間裝修用心，自住標準。
感覺四人入住毫無壓力，管家客服早上很早就提供諮詢服務，回覆也專業及時。老小區環境很好，安靜有煙火氣，出門有小賣部方便快捷。
非常好的入住體驗，下次還會再來

先説優點：房子位置還行，周邊也安靜。客服態度還算可以但是有點怪東西。
缺點：宣傳圖片是擺拍的勉強接受，房屋床墊有點老舊，樓道單元口沒燈，房間15%潮濕發黴，躺了一會身上有點癢，枕頭上有點煙味，馬桶也不好用，可以説是房子有點徒有虛表，價格大部分走在位置上了，總得來説這個房子應該再斟酌一下。100分給59.99分吧。就這樣了。
