在俺國有一眾賓館稱為國賓館，俺喜歡入住各地的國賓館，理由是位置佳，服務好，故事多。
杭州西湖柳鶯裏酒店便是杭州的國賓館之一，她位處於西湖十景之一的柳浪聞鶯…故賓館區域內的景觀可想而知，在園內有一觀景台據説可以盡看西湖十景。
賓館的服務也是在位的，入住前就打電話詢問有何要求，幾時到達等，在辦理入住時俺提了對房間外視野景觀等要求，前台的小吳姑娘就熱情的先帶俺看了房間再決定入住那一間，因同時入住的有位衹懂日語的朋友想找一份日文版旅遊指南（在前台櫃麪己找過…）便在房內告知了小吳，小吳熱誠的答應幫忙尋找…第二天小吳又尋問有沒有休息好有何需求等等，當得知因續房而發生的誤解後及時進行了處理，體現出了柳鶯裏服務員的積極，負責的温良服務態度。

酒店在柳浪聞鶯公園裡麪，實在是太美啦～工作人員很用心，特意給我們送了生日蛋糕（巨好吃！ 五號樓的中餐廳聞鶯廳也真的真的味道贊兮！！！酒店服務真的很好，給我們升了房，還送我們去銀泰吃飯飯～ 總之是一家可以直接躺平的酒店，明年繼續來住～～

房間很好，不像網上説的房間小，衞生間很大，管家小胡和前台辦入住的小孫都非常好，第二天還幫我們換了乳膠枕，服務超五星，走的時候還安排司機送我們到附近的禮品手辦點。位置去哪裡都方便，環境優美，下次來繼續住這裏。
