選擇艾美酒店主要是因為設施設備都很新，相較於西湖景區的酒店大多比較老舊了，艾美酒店的房間面積大，配套設施，游泳池、健身房等都比較讚的，外帶早餐，800一晚的性價比高。杭州的景區在對面，遊玩好地鐵回酒店衹需要20多分鐘。如果去虎跑公園、杭州動物園，賓館出門過錢塘江大橋就到了，還可以走路過去，風景都不錯。最後，感謝前台oliver的安排，雖然附帶的咖啡機也沒用上，然後感謝16層的打掃大姐，出門跟前台溝通打掃，回來後看到房間很整潔，還補充了飲用水。適合慢節奏的旅行時光和度假

整體入住體驗不錯，Lisa特別貼心，對周邊餐飲服務設施出行建議等都有清晰的介紹。個人入住需求也有比較好的滿足，房間整體外部景觀很好，房間燈光等按鍵設施比較簡潔且人性化。跨年通過窗户在錢塘江步道有看到很多放煙花的，非常美妙。早餐整體不錯，比較齊全。唯一的可能是早餐咖啡機的咖啡品質有待提高一下。下次還會考慮訂艾美。距離最近地鐵站約10分鐘步行時間，周邊有兩個類似商場性質的，配套餐飲具備可選擇性。

Oliver at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room had a river view and the bedding was very comfortable.
