住過不少度假酒店，但像方外那樣的環境如世外桃源般的，實屬不多。除了硬件（環境、房間、庭院等的設計）必須點贊外，軟件（服務）也非常棒。首先，在提前一天入住預約後，就有作為管家式服務的禮士橙子，通過微信詳細告知了如何到達專用碼頭，通過泛舟進入酒店。上岸後，橙子全程陪同辦完了入住手續，並幫忙拿行李到房間，令我們有一種回家的温暖，隨後她又詳細告訴我們酒店裡的吃喝玩樂指南，非常的用心！其次，酒店的餐飲也非常棒，除了廚藝不錯外，服務同樣的好，服務員小王和小俞不厭其煩地幫我們挪餐具、拍照，並表示讓我們慢慢享用美食，非常親切和藹。如果下次再來建德遊富春江，一定還會選擇方外酒店！

坐船入住非常方便 整個酒店都美如畫
管家一對一服務非常貼心 謝謝升級的湖景套房
晚餐餐廳口味很不錯 但早餐和午餐就覺得一般
温泉不太行 室外水温太冷了 室內池子看起來水不乾淨 男女分開的就沒必要要求穿泳衣了吧

二次打卡富春方外，還是那一片心靈桃源的寧靜天地。這次是我們一家三口來渡週末的，禮士姣姣還是那麼周到的服務，提前告知酒店的各項活動時間，行李的寄存搬運這些常規操作之外，這次還很及時有效的解決了房間內咖啡機故障的問題，體驗到了其專業和效率的服務。
房間寬敞有露台，很好的兼顧到了私密性和山林風景，大堂的特色佈局、入門旁的編鐘都給人一種非常文雅的感覺。
這次早餐還有酒店自己養的蜂蜜品嚐（可能是上回沒注意）非常棒，餐食有着舌尖上的詩意。
閑時漫步庭院，於亭中聽風，溪邊觀魚，或參與雅集，書法、茶藝皆有，文化沁人心脾。
