先説優點：酒店位置很好，步行到西湖，旁邊就是大商圈，步行十分鐘到地鐵站，遊玩和逛街吃飯都方便。早餐也不錯，房間整潔，服務態度好。
需要改進的地方：三月初來的，正好遇到杭州突然高温，接近30度，酒店依然衹提供暖氣和厚被子，房間無法通風，有強烈的夕照，我們熱的中暑，半夜上吐下瀉，問前台有沒有藿香正氣水，前台説酒店不提供，也不能提供空調因為過兩天杭州還要冷。應急管理有待提高。
