近日請朋友入住了杭州西溪悦榕莊這家老牌奢華酒店，想來分享一下我的入住體驗。
首先這家酒店的服務非常出色，員工們都很熱情友好，見到都會主動向我問好，服務很周到，讓人感覺像在家裡一樣舒適。
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，精巧的家俬，炫目的絲錦刺綉織品，將東方的古典和現代的簡約完美融合。
陽台的景觀是我會強烈推薦的，雖然已經是冬天，可葉子才剛剛變黃，古風古韻的建築風格，濃墨重彩於大自然之迴歸，流溢着幽雅靜謐，衹是坐在陽台品茗，靜看小橋流水落葉，也是有別於平時快節奏日常的別樣休閑體驗。
酒店的位置也非常好，交通相對便利，周圍像商場和餐廳這樣的基礎設施也齊全，值得一提的是整個西溪天堂園區內酒店的buggy車都會全程接送，實在非常方便。
總之，這是一家非常不錯的酒店，我強烈推薦給大家。

這家位於西溪濕地的奢華度假型酒店真的是太棒啦！走進酒店，彷彿進入了一個世外桃源。那古色古香的建築與西溪濕地的自然美景完美融合，讓人瞬間放鬆身心。
酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔，工作人員熱情似火又不失分寸，無論是辦理入住手續還是安排各種活動，都能做到細緻入微、快速高效。很感謝前台Jeniffer，Jessica的周到服務，還有Janey小姐姐帶我們去的房間。房間更是奢華至極，擁有一百二十平的寬敞面積，床上用品柔軟細膩，能讓你在夜晚享受最舒適的睡眠。浴室的設施也十分豪華，超大的浴缸和淋浴間讓人彷彿在享受一場 SPA。
再者，酒店還提供了豐富多樣的休閑活動，比如在濕地中漫步、乘船遊覽等，讓你能充分感受西溪濕地的獨特魅力。真的是一次無與倫比的度假體驗，強烈推薦給大家！

出行匆忙沒訂到雙床房，前台非常貼心的給升級了雙卧，禮餅，保潔，餐廳的服務都是彬彬有禮，主動關懷詢問，任何問題都及時迴應和解決，讓人感覺温暖貼心，無愧於知名五星酒店的招牌。
房間設施雖然不是很先進，但是都維護的不錯。碰上降温沒有到開空調的時間，室內温度倒也不低，睡覺也完全不冷，這個設計有點東西。
雖然沒有時間參加贈送的旅拍，但能看到攝影老師很專業熱情的和客人互動。酒店房間都是獨棟別墅，周圍綠化水道，景觀性很強，很適合留影。
早餐自助品類比較豐富，味道也不錯。在中餐廳吃了2頓晚飯，品嚐了特色杭幫菜，都很精緻可口。
總體，是個非常寧靜雅緻的酒店，很適合來放慢節奏度個假。
