位置優越交通便利，地鐵出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，熱情，尤其是前台的小江，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價很高的。這是房間很温馨很乾凈。服務這邊更是特別的好，還有有可愛的機器人送餐。

帶父母出遊特地訂了西湖邊上的家庭房，進門確實感覺面積有點小，地段是無可挑剔，很方便，地鐵出來就到。早餐中餐很豐富，適合長者的中式胃，我很喜歡裏面的炸蔬果汁，一整個蘋果投進去，比惠人還方便，好喝方便，早餐還有土雞蛋，很好吃。
