這次來遊玩，主要是帶娃出遊，酒店遊玩項目還不錯，自然環境很OK，空氣新鮮，謝謝管家青青的幫助，下次有機會會再來的

杭州森泊酒店特別好，很人性化而且工作人員都很熱情！主動打招呼。提出的問題都會幫忙解決，這點真的好評！帶孩子出遊肯定會有各種問題，但森泊酒店真的是親子酒店，方方面面準備的都很全面，對於一個出門很麻煩的媽媽來説真的很友好。管家謝敏很盡責，從入住前到入住後都有跟蹤服務，孩子衣服落在之前住的房間我們都不知道主動聯繫我們送過來，還給寶寶送了小禮物。以後再來玩還會選擇森泊的

Every staff member is particularly warm and thoughtful, and the front desk is enthusiastic; the shuttle bus service is very fast, and every question is answered; especially the hotel housekeeper is very careful and thoughtful. During the stay, because of a sudden stomachache, it was almost midnight, the holiday housekeeper Xiaoyang arranged to send a warm baby and thoughtful ginger tea, and even a health-preserving thermos pot. I was very touched; the staff who feed the small animals took good care of the children; the cleaning lady of the room service was also very considerate... Overall, I am very satisfied and have recommended it to my colleagues and friends. Thank you for the hotel's thoughtful service, which really made guests feel at home. 住的是主樓317房，設施老化了，電視機櫃裂縫很大，去衞生間的移門軌道推起來跟費力。早餐可選品種很多，管家推薦的牛肉粉絲湯太鹹，不愧是親子酒店，大唐服務生和任何客人打招呼都是用夾子音，下次來一定去體驗樹屋。在森林裏的小屋

很不錯，第一次住開元的，小朋友玩的東西很多，早餐豐富。度假管家謝敏，很細心，送了旅拍，走的時候還送了小禮物，下次再來。

帶娃入住，房間住的很舒心， 酒店管家南南辦理細心體貼熱情，還有安排了入住禮遇，孩子非常喜歡這個房間，下次有機會再來入住
