Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre

因為在杭州中心樓上，所以大堂沒有很氣派，地鐵武林廣場站可直達。聽説我們過生日，先是把送的生日小蛋糕送到中餐廳，午餐送的生日麪竟然是黃魚麪這個另説了。checkin時直接送了小盆友的早餐，安排的樓層也是行政樓層29樓，是可以看到運河的河景房（雖然行政禮遇沒有），在另一邊遠遠的通過保俶塔可以辨認出是西湖哦，不過進入房間看見窗上噴的生日字樣也是大大的驚喜。晚上開夜床時還送了氣泡水馬卡龍和巧克力，小盆友開心壞了。早餐很豐盛酸奶都很多種還吃到了班尼迪克蛋（上次吃到是在華爾道夫），但就像大家説的沒有杭州本地特色小吃有點遺憾，麪條也是又硬又寡淡澆頭很一般。服務真是不錯，連早餐的服務人員也記得我們過生日一直在祝生日快樂！總體來説還是很滿意的。

房間完美，服務到位。特別要感謝前庭部的wanda小美女，給予暖心、熱情的服務！充分體現了四季的高品質。

The service attitude of the staff is very nice, and the food in Song Restaurant is absolutely of high quality, not inferior to Sands Hall. I also want to thank the upgraded executive lounge! Every staff member I met afterwards was excellent. The service of this hotel has no room for improvement, really. The staff of Song Restaurant also helped me book the Sands Hall. The hotel is considered low-priced in Four Seasons, and the cost performance is very high. I feel that if I book some expensive homestays or old hotels such as Grand Hyatt and Xinxin by the West Lake, it is better to stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou City Center. The quality service is more guaranteed. The room is very new. I am particularly sensitive to smells, so there is a slight decoration smell.

The room facilities are very good and the hotel location is also very good. We communicated with the hotel staff one day in advance that we needed to decorate the room for our birthday. The hotel staff carefully asked about all the details, and the guest experience was very good👍. When we arrived at the hotel that day, the manager Emily and the younger sister Vicky greeted us directly on the tenth floor and led us directly to the room to check in. We upgraded the room and gave us a small cake and champagne🥂. I was very satisfied with the details of the service. In particular, the character cartoons that Vicky drew on the glass windows of the room were very special and attentive, and must be praised👍. Dinner was booked at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the environment and dishes were also great!

房間非常好，因為是新開的酒店，設施特別現代化。窗外的風景如畫。 酒店房間的設計合理美觀協調。 如果再去杭州還會選擇這家酒店的。

抵達酒店時，我特別強調了行李箱很重，但門僮依然單手從後備箱取出行李箱，結果導致行李箱的把手處出現了裂痕。酒店非常新，房間裏的裝修味道還很重。我請求更換了房間，前台為此把我升級到了套房，非常感謝，但是氣味的問題沒有改善，我衹能打開窗户通風，外加要了一個空氣凈化器。因為有別的安排，所以洗完澡後我便直接出門了。 當我預訂的專車到達時，門僮堅持要為我開車門，我明確表示不需要。但他還是固執地要幫忙，結果在我腳還未完全上車時，他就把車門關上，直接砸到了我的腳踝。到現在，我腳踝還有些不舒服。酒店的毛巾很新，應該是剛拆封之後就直接掛了上去完全沒有洗過，所以説嚴重脱毛，全身滿臉都是毛絮，再次強調一下就絕對不是四季的標準。最後我本人在前台退房，然後過了三個小時，我收到電話，酒店問我什麼時候退房。一切都讓人覺得無語，沒有邊界，沒有秩序。 我在前台退房的時候特地詢問了賬單，前台的工作人員説確定了，我沒有任何問題. 退房3小時之後收到電話，要求我補新賬單差價。這不是價格的問題，這是管理的錯誤。 總體而言，酒店的硬件設施和裝修確實看得出下了不少成本，但服務體驗卻非常生硬，很差！ 完全不像是四季酒店應有的水準。我想我以後應該不會回來了。

The overall stay was great, from the itinerary and services required during booking, to confirming the arrival time and reserving a parking space. To checking in, helping me upgrade from a city view king room to a canal view king room, and sending me to the room, all made me feel meticulous. The overall shape of the hotel and the design of the room are full of romantic elements of Hangzhou, whether it is the smart shape of the fish leaping, or the laurel full house, and the shiny ship cabin. The willows in the room are swaying and the blue waves are sparkling, all of which show vitality and vigor. For the bedding, the pillowcases have the Four Seasons Hotel logo, the sheets and quilts are delicately made, soft and comfortable; the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and has strong wrapping. The sofa cushions are mainly cotton and linen, with elegant colors. For the bathroom, dry and wet are separated, and bathing is separated. There is a small bathroom on the left side of the door, equipped with a Toto toilet and a small sink, which is a bit crowded. On the right side of the door is the shower room, washbasin and bathtub. The blow dryer is Dyson, and the toiletries are Codage, btw. The fragrance is a bit too strong for me.
