之前就住過一段時間了，總體來説非常不錯，前台有個小姐姐人美心善，樂於助人，非要説瑕疵的話，就是感覺有時候網絡不太行，要是加強一下網絡，就更好了

住了四家杭州青旅對比下來這家：
不隔音，飲水機的温水像自來水的味道，淋浴間很熱，吹風機不給力；
但是公共區域位置很大，酒店位置很好，門口就有家海底撈

It is a newly opened youth hostel, very clean and sanitary. The front desk staff is very nice, and I felt the word "service" in a youth hostel. There is a shoe changing area at the door, which is very considerate.
