酒店實在太老了，設施比較陳舊的情況下，可以把房間用具更新一下吧，衣架都是生銹的，電梯特別臟和臭，衞生堪憂

入住了雙臥套間，房間寛敞，但衞生程度一般。3號樓前台沒有工作人員、房間收拾馬虎。電梯、房間有霉味。到頂層的唯一電梯是貨lift。酒店大堂的員工態度不友善、早餐選擇少、味道一般。不會再入住
適逢桂花季，滿園桂花香是唯一的亮點。

環境：房間是很不錯的，夠大，小朋友玩的太開心了，還有小朋友的扭扭車，高低鋪帶着滑滑梯，有陽台，風景很棒，可惜颱風影響，景區安全考慮關門了！
服務：客房的服務還是可以，但是人明顯感覺服務人員不多，挺精簡的！
餐廳的服務是最恐怖的，晚飯除了套餐內的，一起過中秋，加了餐，特地提前問了餐廳是否需要提前點菜，告知來了再點都來得及，於是出現了點了一條魚用了1.5小時還沒有上桌的窘迫！更誇張的是，飯盆裏出現了陶瓷瓦片，讓重新換一碗飯，服務員直接把出現過陶瓷瓦片的飯，又倒到了另外一個飯盆裏端了上來，飯裏還有我們前面倒着的帶湯汁的飯……這個也是服了，想想一桌的長者孩子，萬一吃到肚子裏，那怎麼辦！
不歡而散的一場中秋晚飯聚餐
細節做的也一般
第二天就是中秋節了，以為早餐裏會出現月餅，以為退房了可能會有一句中秋祝福，以為第二天早上還能遊個泳（到了游泳池，等來了服務員的告知，放假了，游泳池不開，咋不説，放假了，我們酒店不開了呢），所有的以為衹是以為了……
